Freedom forever

It has been a positive experience with Freedom Forever here in Southern California. From our sales representative Sebastian Rodriguez who explained the process clearly, professionally, and was there to answer questions in the process, to the installation crew who were fast and professional, to the tech Cruz Carrillo who came on the day of the inspection and explained everything very well. He was professional, friendly, and respectful; explained in detail about the mechanism of the unit and what to expect in the following days.

Installation crew Superbad was professional, courteous, and hard working. Typical Florida summer brought thunderstorms in the area in the afternoon multiple days. No complaints from the crew, they patiently waited for their opportunity to work and even stayed late on the last day to ensure the work was done and they wouldn t have to disturb us on the weekend. Would recommend.

The salesman at Forever Freedom led me to believe I would lower my electric bill and that I'd only have one low bill to pay from now on!
Don t believe a thing Forever Freedoms salesmen have to say about Solar anything. He lied to me twice.

1. He lied when he told me that doing a hard inquiry into my credit would have no affect on it. My credit score dropped by 5 points

2. The salesman failed to tell me that I ll still have to pay my electric bill as well as the $80.16 monthly to Mosaic; the solar panels loan servicing company. This was a lie of omission. So now I have to pay $220.20 to the Electric company and the $80.16 to Mosaic. I ve read the contract and it too is a lie of omission because it failed to state that I ll have to pay both bills from now on.

Freedom Forever has the best price on solar by far! They were professional and installed my system in less than 30 days. My rep was amazing and the installation crew was lightning fast!

I was referred this company by my neighbor that had their system installed by Freedom and I m glad they did so. My experience with Robert (my rep) was amazing and honestly effortless from our consultation to install. Very clear and thorough and what was said was delivered. The process took about a month from our consultation but Robert let us know that from the start. Also, communication with them was so easy! No automated systems needed when I have my rep to speak to directly. Thanks again guys!

I'd like to thank Cruz Carrillo for informing me with what was done and needed to be done in order to finalize everything in order to have solar. He did a wonderful job in getting all of that situated.

I had an issue from the start with this company. I was charged 2 months prematurely prior to my panels even being active. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was finally able to get reimbursed by a manager named Mary A. But then another issue occurred. The inverter ceased to work. Unbeknownst to me, I was not using solar power for a year. And further more, I was not getting billed. I kept receiving notices saying "This is not a bill." Then all of a sudden, I got a massive bill for almost $4,000. Freedom Forever had the audacity to ask if I was monitoring the machine to see if it was working?

Apparently there is a tiny blue light that is suppose to be illuminated and indicates a signal is being transmitted and a solid green light that the panel is active. The blue light was working, the green wasn't. And you need to know which direction the electric meter is spinning. To the right means my own power and billed at the regular rate, to the left means solar power. This was absolutely not explained to me prior to this machine breaking. I had no idea I was suppose to babysit this machine daily. I just assumed (I know I shouldn't assume) that Freedom Forever would call me and say, "Hey, your machine is showing it is not working correctly." I never received the call. This thing busted within the first year of operation. Where the hell are these parts made? In someones backyard? The only way I knew it wasn't working was SDG&E wanted their money and we asked Freedom what was going on. That's when they realized the inverter was busted. After they fixed it, they did NOTHING to help with this massive bill. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I only write this after many many unanswered phone calls to them. Just sad how they can remain in business. Totally NOT worth the headache!

FREEDOM WAS VERY DETAILED WITH THEIR PLANS AND ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT SOLAR. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHILE ALSO CUTTING MY BILL IN HALF!! 10/10 recommend.

Be aware that this company is ONLY a solar panel installer, they don't sell the solar panels and they only install material, witch is NOT made by them, so warranty can be ifffffy. They hire private party make shift companies as Sales reps only ,witch are not affiliated yo freedom forever or solar panel equipment. The your guys that came to my door work for themselves and easily change their company names. They are now calling there sales company Thunder Energy, they do there own price cost numbers and don't have a Contractors License. Beacareful with these 2 companies. Specially when it comes to your so called warranty. They are not reliable and will probably change or close there company.

We just had our inspection and are very thankful we had Cruz Carrillo to walk us through everything that needed to be done. He had to swap out our inverter and kept us up to date on everything he was doing throughout the day.
