Not good at all. Head is twisted and not natural looking, lighting is terrible, and ANYBODY has access to EVERY photo because they're on the web - all you need is a pass code and you can access ANY child's photo!!!!! Even photos at other schools!!! How is that safe????

Unbelievably uncooperative when you have questions or concerns (like sending the wrong portrait to the wrong person). They sent me my daughter's photos in October, but when I opened the email, it was full of photos of a guy who does not go to her school. Their average Google rating tells it all.
