I have been a patient of Dr. Peck for more than ten years. There are a variety of reasons for this.
First of all, he is very smart and there is never any penalty for that. Second, he is incredibly skilled and it shows consistently in his finished results. Next he keeps up on the latest techniques and technologies so I know I am NOT getting yesterday's work. He is one of less than a hundred dentists on the planet with his elite level of credentials.
Finally, when there is the slightest problem, he does exactly the right thing. He starts asking questions ending with "what can we do to make you completely satisfied." By the time we are done speaking, I feel calm and hopeful.

After having my teeth cleaned it was time for X-rays. Unfortunately for me Dr. Peck and his state of the art equipment found 7 cavities, yes, 7! Surprised since I had been to my previous Dentist 6 months before, but as I came to find out he is using ancient equipment. This new technology picked up everything, very impressive.

Then you arrive and are greeted by a smiling army of dental wizards. One for film, one for gums, then a calm session with the Gandalf of teeth, Fred Peck. Fred is like a neurosurgeon for the oral cavity. Never have I felt quite like my mouth is a Ferrari that deserves a technician who loves Ferraris. Things weren t quite running smoothly when I arrived today for my first visit - dinged front tooth, some gum issues. But I have a plan now and what a plan! I also have a caring expert to chart the course, and a team of smiling sharpshooters who will patiently pick off, one visit at a time, the things that stand between me and the smile I hope to have. The receptionist greets you by name and even remembers things you mentioned from previous visits. Dr. Peck and his staff did a comprehensive exam of my teeth. I have always gone to the dentist every six months, but I have never had such a thorough exam. Dr. Peck uses advanced technology and was able to identify issues that my dentist did not notice two weeks prior at a cleaning. I will now be getting my regular cleaning from Dr.Peck as well. He really takes his time with his patients and doesn't rush treatments. He makes sure everything is done right. After the exam, Dr. Peck walked me through the information he had compiled in a way that I was able to understand. I have never been a regular flosser, even after my regular dentist said I need to start flossing, but Dr.Peck took the time to really explain why I need to floss in a way that made sense and seemed important to me. He also explained exactly how to floss, and I found I had been doing it wrong my entire life. I cannot recommend this practice enough! The entire staff is amazing.

Dr. Fred Peck runs a state-of-the art facility with the most modern techniques and equipment I have seen in any other dentist office. He is very thorough and explains everything he is doing in an easy to understand manner. His staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable, and they run a smooth and seamless operation and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Peck made me a set of bleaching trays that fit like a glove and my teeth are now nice and pearly white. His hygienist did the most thorough cleaning I have ever had in my entire life - lasting nearly an hour and getting right down t the gum line - but without hurting me in any way. I also had to have a filling done, and I was able watch TV from the comfort of the chair and even wear headsets while they drilled and put it in. This fillings to an entirely new level and I actually didn't mind it at all. Dr. Peck also numbed me with lidocaine prior to injecting the novocaine so I barely noticed the needle at all. If you are looking for a state-of-the art facility with a wonderful and well trained staff, I highly recommend Dr. Fred Peck DDS.

Dr. Peck is a great dentist!!! To give an example of why I say that; I recently had an exam with Dr. Peck, and after looking at my teeth he said that I was probably experiencing acid reflux at night while sleeping. I was not aware of this. However, soon after, I had a colonoscopy scheduled and I asked them to do an endoscopy as well. After performing the endoscopy, the doctor was able to confirm that I do indeed have acid reflux that is scarring the tissues in my throat. I am now on acid reflux medicine and I definitely notice the difference. Great catch, Dr. Peck!!!

For the first 34 years on my life I've been going to the same dentist (not Dr Peck) and suddenly I had to cancel my appointment and couldn't reschedule within a 24 hour window and when that happened I fell off the schedule and suddenly couldn't get back in for 9 months to 1 year. I didn't want to wait that long for my teeth cleaning, so I started to look for dentists around the Symmes Township area and saw Dr Pecks name. I basically ended up choosing him for 2 reasons: 1. He had really good reviews on Google. 2. I sort of remember his name from an advertisement on NPR. The good news is that he was able to get me in right away! When I went in for my appointment the first thing I noticed is his office is very modern and organized. His front desk staff were very super friendly, helpful and accommodating, they even called my dental insurance in advance to make sure I hadn't used my imaging yet. Once I was seated and getting my teeth cleaned, I found his dental hygienist to also be friendly and pleasant while not being overly chatty, she just sort of put me at ease. The office is surrounded by Dr. Peck's personal photography which consisted mostly of landscapes, which I found to be very interesting and I felt also kept with the relaxing theme. After my extensive teeth cleaning I got to meet Dr Peck who checked out my teeth, looked at my xrays and used some fancy black light gizmo to check for cavities. I also opted for the optional photographs of my teeth which he recommended. We discussed a few of his additional services and since I snore I decided to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss getting a mouth piece. Overall, a 5 star experience, not sure how going to the dentist could be any better.

I broke a crown on a front tooth at breakfast on a Sunday morning when the office was closed. Isn't that always when it happens? I called Dr. Peck's voice mail and left a message about my plight. My call was returned when the office opened on Monday morning and an appointment set up for the same day. Dr. Peck was able to prep the tooth and make a temporary crown for me on very short notice. Both he and Peggy in the office stayed after closing hours to take care of me. I am so grateful to have such a professional dentist and office staff who are concerned and caring about their patients. As always it was a fantastic experience. This office has always been incredibly thorough, the technological capabilities are top notch, and the staff are incredibly pleasant. They know their stuff, and they educate the patient. Has to be one of the best dentistrys in the city.
Dr. Peck is very professional. He attends to all my dental needs. He is very precise and on time. I love that he is always on time or has never made me wait longer then 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Oh my gosh! I have had panic attacks in the past going to previous Dentist's. Since I started coming to Dr. Peck he took his time and did everything possible to calm my fears. He is very very quick in getting me in and out, extremely clean office and all state of the art technology! He is very professional but also really friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Peck.
