DAN FOX HAS A HOUSE LISTED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THE SIGN HAS BEEN LAYING FLAT IN THE YARD FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND THE GRASS NEEDS CUTTING VERY BADLY. OBVIOUSLY HE HASNT BEEN THERE IN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS TO CHECK ON THE PLACE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS NO LONGER FOR SALE BECAUSE THE SIGN WAS GONE. BUT...
My family and I rented a house from Fox Properties for 5 years. Maintenance requests were always handled very efficiently and we never had trouble with the property management. They also have better rates than the competition, generally better properties for the money. 10/10, would rent from again.

Worst experience ever..no body at their office most time .....and when got a chance to meet him he is so rude
I have been his tenant 3 years and I have gone through some personal things... he called me and checked on me. Comes to fix the house whenever I have a problem and is extremely professional and easy to talk to about anything. I could not have prayed for a better landlord.
