I thought I was a good and recurring client now for years. Had a bad experience. Called clients relations to share. Called twice, having to leave a message each time since they never answer the phone; never heard back. Called Director of Client Relations, who also never called back. Guess what? Lost my business, as well as other friends/family who I have recommended them to in the past.

Was told one amount for a roundtrip, ended up being double that for a one-way. I keep calling and I'm told it is being "investigated." Avoid this car service all you can.

My husband has been working for this company for years and never had a problem. But recently we relocated because of a better job opportunity for myself my husband try to get transfer to a closer base but was denied job because he's a dreadlocks he has been working since he was 16 until now and this is the first time he has ever face discrimination before and it's very horrible feeling he was denied the job and when he asked the reason why he was not able to work from that base he was told we don't hire dreadlocks this is very sad.

Always a great experience. Drivers are professional, arrive early, and know the best routes to get places. Couldn't recommend them more!

Same as any other car service, just a note to anyone who rides with these guys they pay the drivers about 7 dollars an hour and charge you 200, just keep that in mind.

They don't answer the phone, ever. Lost my business.
