Samuel ran various checks and diagnostics keeping me updated throughout. A Windows Update had not installed correctly and the Support Assistant associated with the laptop was also not working correctly. Samuel sorted both the update and the support software and provided me with clear next steps to take if required. The service was first rate and very professional.
