Don't do it. When I moved into the area I had no idea who the providers were so I thought....someone like this should know what to do and who to contact, saving me the steps, BIG MISTAKE!!!! They get you all signed up with bad TV Service, a third world wireless provider and they dump you. There's no follow up, no double checking to see if the service providers have done what they are supposed to do. And of course the technicians are the worst, they are late, mine was on his phone more than he was connecting my service, he left a mess on the floor after drilling another hole in my wall, he left cords and connections hanging off the Master Bedroom wall....a mess!! No, doing the legwork yourself is a far better thing to do, definitely in this case, eliminate the middle man!!

If you live in a building that gets eLinKers service and you're not using them, I feel sorry for your poor decision making skills. eLinKers internet is fast, reliable and their customer service is top notch. Thanks eLinKers!

I WOULD NOT recommend this company. Management has a BIG problem communicating with their technicians regarding scheduling. Seems that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I called the morning of the supposed installation and was assured that the technician would arrive at 11am as scheduled.However at 11:20am the technician called and said he was on his way to a different city and that his managers had scheduled him to come to my place at 3:pm. Of course I told him not to come. I also informed management. Too bad management doesn't communicate with their technicians properly.
