it worked great and my computer is now running faster

Easy to use. Just follow the directions (which are easy to understand). It found two Trojans that no other anti-virus, malware detector software, nor Windows Defender could find. However, my computer runs the same as it did before I used the FixMe Stick. It was not running bad. The two Trojans I did not know I had because, as far as I could tell, the computer was fine. I used the FixMe Stick just to be certain. It is not only my home computer (desktop), but I use it for my job (editor on a local news website).

Some worked fine. Others didn't. For example, my computer is no faster; as a matter of fact the start up for email and internet is slower. What can be done

Did work very well with my home computer, still having some difficulty with my office laptop, Franco.

I couldn't be more pleased with this product the only thing that keeps it from the full 5tars is the time it takes for the first scan but if it was faster it probably wouldn't work i already knew how many viruses I had and it found all of them in the first scan HIGHLY recommend i even did a scan after with a security system that didn't have a association with the stick and came back clean

I recommend this as a first resort, fixed my rog that wouldn't stay running for 30 seconds. Thought I would end up paying alot to some specialist thinking it was a hardware issue but figured to try this in case I was wrong, I was wrong. Fixed all the problems I been having in less than an hour.

Sorry but the FixMeStick did not help my computer at all, waste of money with no results!

Just installed this week so haven't had a real chance to see how it works. Have plugged in a couple times and yes, it does take quite a while to scan. However notes included with stick says when finished I would be propmped to click "clean window" but I have not seen this prompt yet.

I have an older computer, decided to try the gold fixmestick. Installed the stick over night. Problems gone in the morning. Not having pop ups, speed has definitely improved by 50%. As it was so slow. Very happy, thankyou. ps. Not in a hurry to buy a new computer now. Easy to us.

Love how fast my PC is now, like a brand new PC.. Not afraid to do anything on it, feel totally safe, great product and very easy to install.
I did have a question and got my answer right away..

Install the fix me stick follow all the procedures, it actually found 3 virus and supposedly fix them but the comp wouldn't even star windows now or it takes forever to star the windows program, comp still slow I just don't know what's going on with it?? Now the fix me stick is offering another different fix program to help me fix the computer for good?? Fool me once shame on me trying to fool me twice... well....

It seemed to do a good job removing viruses, but I was under the impression that the stick also solved software problems that caused system shutdowns. It does not help with this at all

This is an awesome product. One of my computers was slow and it ended up having 3 viruses on it. Now it works like it did when it was new. My other computer was the same way but now it is running a lot better. I have told all my friends and family about this and hey are buying them. Thank you so much for a great product.

works Great, took a little while to clean but I do see a difference, would highly recommend this for everyone thats having trouble

So far, so good. It fixed one laptop I couldn't even open. Found a couple of viruses and fixed them. Now it works much better. I thought this was suppose to fix slower running computers. Now I am being told I need to buy another stick to do that. For the price of this stick, it should have done both.

So far I am satisfied. It only identified 5 items so either I m good, or it missed stuff. I still have another laptop to do and we shall see.

Product seems to do the job, not sure about some of the emails inferring renewal period or whatever. My impression was that I bought the product and that was it.

It works really well, had a virus in a .pst file and no other anti virus could remove it, but the fixmestick did its job. Had a bit of trouble getting my HP desktop to boot from the stick, ended up downloading the program from your website and all went well after that. Nothing was found on that computer.

The fixme Stick, found six viruses on my computer,where my virus software hadn't found anything. So yes I would recommend FixMe Stick to anyone.

Only used for initial check so far. Did a good job and found several issues. Wait and see down the road.

I don't know what the problem was in my computer. I am 86 years old, and don't understand them. But it had a problem and wasn't working. My son putt In the fixmestick, and it ran, and fixed it!

Incorrectly ordered Mac stick but support very easily fixed it for me

Does not Remove the Virus from my Laptop as Promised !! Don't waste your money !!!

The stick did find 3 malware viruses on my laptop and removed them. This was a time consuming processes about three and a half hours. I was disappointed that this exercise did not help in speeding up my laptop performance which was my hope in purchasing the product in the first place. I have therefore removed the annoyance auto renew as I feel the cost of the stick is not worth its overall performance received for my needs.

Seems to work great, didn't try on the desk top yet but works great on my laptops! I'm hopeing it works just as great on my regular desk home computer. I will be doing that one soon. Thanks fix it stick crew!

Already had scanned with anti-virus software and still found malicious files on my computer.

I have ran 2 scans on my laptop now with FixMeStick it made my laptop start up a little quicker but there's still this PC accelerator that run during start up that runs a scan in the back ground that slows down the start up when I first turn on the computer. I have tried to delete this program all together and I have went to settings to try and stop this program from running a scan but every time I start my laptop this program is running. This program and 2 others are slowing down my laptop. I didn't even install this program I think it came with something else I did install and I don't use now and I can't get rid of it.. I thought FixMeStick could get rid of it or at least stop it from running a scan at Start up or delete it.. So FixMeStick is not doing what I thought it would and my laptop is still has a slow start up... It did help with the smooth streaming of Videos and movies I think I didn't have many interruptions with movies stopping and buffering during streaming or playback.. Which I think is a internet speed issue on my wifi . I'M still trying to figure out how to get the results I want during my free trial time..So far only a slight improvement of my laptop performance.. I would appreciate any feedback on this concern thank you... Craig D Williams

Saved me from taking my computers to the shop. I really did have a couple of problems on one computer.

FIX ME STICK is amazing. I am in my 70's and I found it easy to use, clear instructions and my computer is W A Y better now!!!!

I have old windows 7 computers and I started having problems loading the FixMeStick, but with the help of their programmers I was able to Load the updates on the computers to run the stick. The problem was updating the stick, but using a program to help update it, both window 7 computers were cleaned of infected problems.

did not do anything to help my computer....My computer is still very slow and no virus on computer so i think it is only meant to be used for a virus

I had a program that kept popping up and I could not get rid of it without un-installing the program (that I use), The FixMeStick did the job. Ran it on 4 computers and found nothing on 3 of them but was worth it to get rid of that pop up.

I don't see that it did a thing for me. In fact, my computer seems slower now.

The fixMeStick worked great. My pc is a lot faster. And
my lab top works great 2 times faster. got rid 13 infections.

My FixMeStick shipping was delayed because of Covid. When I did receive it and tried to run it there was a problem. I contacted support and the reply was again delayed by Covid. By the time I was able to run the program I was informed I had 10 days left on my 1 month trial. That being said, I am completely satisfied with the FixMeStick performance. My Macbook Pro runs better as does my IMac. The IMac took forever to run though and sounded as if it might blow up. Works great now.

Didn't fine any virus activity but did clear out a bunch of unused links.

Did not cause any new problems, didn't speed up at all. A waste of time.

Good product, but had trouble getting it started also a little pricey even when on sale. Only problem is my computer still freezes up and I must press power button to shut off!!

work like a charm, got rid of a tough virus I was trying to get rid of. I'd recommend this fix me stick to those that are having problems.

thank you the stick cleared off some hidden bad issues which we appreciate i was praying it would stop this Spotify from trying to load on my computer however it continues to try and load when it does it slows my computer down immensely

Stick worked for 1 unit, but would not for second unit. I was on with customer service for an hour. They kept telling me to do the same thing, but it still didn't work.

Claimed to have found lots of stuff to remove - took 7 hours and then found two files only - didn't seem to impact the machine at all

Almost every thing went good, the main thing is some how the clock inside my is not correct. I have no idea how this happened but that is the message that I get. I would like to have it working.

It took almost 4 hours to complete, found 4 small problems. Fixed the problems and since then my printer is so slow it is unbearable. I have powered it off a few times and rebooted and no way is my laptop cooperating. I want to remove the program and I haven t been able to find it in the control panel. Very displeased. I want to remove the program then try my laptop. If there is no change I will restore it. If still no change then I will reinstall the program

I have only used it one time so far ,but I am very pleased of the performance so far . I only wish you had one for tablets. I give it a two thumbs up.

Worked good on two of my computer's, on my desktop having trouble getting it to work I think it will work out easy to use cleaned laptop and fixed what needed done.

Very happy with this little gadget my once sloowwww laptop is so very much quicker. It also found some nasties that were hiding.

So far so good, this identified and fixed 2 infections on our laptop, which already has a paid subscription to Avast Antivirus. Good work!

Fix me stick is very easy to use but found no issues on 2 older systems that I found with other applications. Beware: you pay for fix me stick and it must be in the small print or something that when you register it- it automatically attached my pay pal account and will bill me 50 plus dollars a year to continue using each year. I never saw that option. It just does it. Working to stop this. NEVER use a tool that can grab info off your pc and send it back to whomever. This will be taken care of.

The stick fixed my problems with my 2 computers and was easy to use. Very happy with the results.

I have only used it on one computer and it shows promises. Easy to use and although it took a long time with the computer I put it on, just plug it in and let it go. No need to babysit. A great product.

I have used this fixMe stick on two of my computers. athe gaming laptop was getting very slow to open and just poor response speed when running. This laptop has been used very litttle over its life - about 5 years old. After spending a number of hours getting the program started for the second time ( first attempt did not finish) I did manage to complete the purge - now my laptop is showing NO difference to what it was before I started ! The second computer is my gaming desktop, less than a year old - used every day. after the FixMe stick was used I can honestly say I can see NO difference to speed when loading or opperating. Not what anyone could missinterprate as satisfied.

Asked for Customer Service 6 times. Never contacted me. Will not remove Heur Trojan. Under "boot device options", HEUR/AGEN.1128959 Jammed fixmestick completely. It never accomplished the "factory upgrade" either. Unless you are a technician , this is a total waste of time and money.

I was skeptical @ first but it really helped my computer

It's very easy to use, just plug it in, answer a few clicks, and let it do its job. You can't ask for no better.

Junk invariably gets into computer slowing it down. This helps fix it. Just wish I could use it on all 5 computers without having to pay so much more.

Awesome, easy to use. I would like to add that their caring and service is exemplary, it took three attempts to finally receive their products, reason being the poor postal service, they have lost the first two attempts but the third was a charm.

It was a little confusing at first, but once I began to understand it, it worked perfectly. I recommend that everyone use it.

I'm not sure what to think cuz right after I got done doing the FixMeStick the power supply broke on my laptop

Well it cleaned up two of my Computers, which was Great, but the 3rd. one I just could not do much as I got an enlarged Screen and could not do much, but was able to get a Quick Scan, so on the whole it worked Good.

$60 cost for stick not apparently beneficial. Secondary disc clean-up instructions somewhat helpful.

It was easy to use, but it did not fix the problem.run it and it found no issue ,but still had problem, used fix-it to repair problem

Love the FixMeStick. First scan took 11 hours. Abit of a pain that I couldn't do anything on my laptop during the scan, but it was worth it. Everything brilliant now. Thank you.

The stick got rid of three bugs in my computer. Runs faster now.
