Wonderful, reasonably priced, clean hotel close to east side hospitals. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant with room service. I would absolutely stay there again!
This place was ok. That's it. The room was clean, maintained but nothing fancy at all. The staff really didn't communicate with us as we entered and exited the hotel (it's a small lobby so you pass them)....almost like we were not existent. The exceptions to service were the restaurant staff/bartend...
Generous room sizes for NYC. Manager (Chris) went above and beyond to help clarify a booking difficulty and get my wife and children in to a room on a holiday weekend. UES location is perfect. Definitely going back.
