First pointe management group

They rented out my apartment early and I was told they would notify me well they did not notify me at all. They took and stole money from me. Now they blocked me from the portal and is sending me to collections and threatening me to pay. This company and the ppl they hire are horrible people who will take advantage of people. Do not rent from their company. I cannot believe they took money from me. Please do not rent from this company.

I have lived on 2 properties managed by First Pointe and have had nothing but good experiences. Both my apartments were clean and well maintained (maintenance was fantastic at each location) and I felt the office staff was very helpful as well. I would live at a First Pointe property again for sure.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A known scamming company in the area.
Stay away from any housing/ apartments managed by this group. I promise you will regret it.

If you care about your finances (how youre charged, why youre charged, etc) and want to avoid being financially scammed out of money (ie. the collective water bill fraud that theyre involved with among other issues) then find another place not managed by this group.

There are plenty more places to live out there. Find another one. The only way this company has been able to get away with their blatant scandalous ways, is because California is so desperate for rentals. Do not buy into this is you can.

They are a good company. They took my Holden deposit due to the fact they said I didn't make enough money. They are a terrible company. Customer service is horrible

A terrible company to figure out you re renting from. They overcharge, lose your money (then claim you need to pay the money once again), have security they are not in contact with, and are only after your money. They do not care about you as a human being or as a tenant, they only desire your money. Terrible company, terrible people.

I rent at The Shenandoah Apts. They gouge you for every penny they can get out of you. The management team is rude and are liars. They damage your property they don't want to pay you but if you damage theirs they hound you daily until you pay them and then until I had a stroke. They don't deserve one star

I have contacted regional LAURA 5 times in the last 3 months regarding a concern with the team at my current apartments ... even the receptionist Debra has told me a number of times she has given her the message but still no call back!!!

My apartments has one person in the office so it is often closed. When they are available extremely confrontational and shows little to no effort at all on being hospitable to their residents .....

When you address it she WILL apologize !! And great n thank you for that but unacceptable behavior remains...

My fair housing rights have been violated several different times and sadly corporate doesn t have time to follow up. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE don t believe me ?! Do your research AWFUL COMPANY

I rent at one of the business locations that they manage in Ca. If you don t check that everything is working in the first 30 days they won t fix anything that is broken without billing you back. I rented in December, by the summer time when I needed to use the AC I noticed it was not working and they didn t even want to hear my story, asked if 30 days passed and hung out the phone. Manager is rude and disrespectful on the phone and not interested in what you have to say, no matter the problem they don t care, very bad customer service. Very disappointed...

I just moved into a one bedroom downstairs at the Shenandoah s . The first week my upstairs neighbors were so loud. I talked to management and they told me to call security. However, security couldn t do much. I tried calling first pointe management numerous amount of times and left voicemails. I even emailed them videos of how loud my neighbors were and they never got back to me. All I want is peace and quiet and they can t even resolve my issue.
