Great service. They are professional, responsive, and provide good value. I have been dealing with them (with Cara Taylor) for four years now for all of my insurance needs including cars and home. I have just renewed my policies for the fifth year.

I ve used First Point Insurance for a couple of years now, both for my own personal car insurance and home contents insurance but also through my work with Urban Automotive as a recommended insurance provider to my customers.

Whenever I have to change any details or renew a policy, the First Point representative who is appointed to me is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Feedback from Urban customers is also very good, not only for the way the enquiry is handled but with the competitive pricing for bespoke, luxury vehicles.

I would strongly recommend First Point, and I do, constantly to friends, family and customers.

I've been using First Point for my car insurance needs(with Natalie Izzard) for years now and this year (with Jordan Letts), I started using them for my home insurance also. They have always been great. They take the hassle out of the process and are very easy to work with.

Searched online extensively for an imported car insurance and it wasn t a good experience but fortunately found M/s. First Point Insurance. They provided a very competitive quote compared to competitors.
