Disappointing that purchases for learning seminars only are available for 30 days. No explanation given why they do that even when directly asking them twice. Poor communication which is why i felt this feedback should be given.

I have just spoken to Joy re missed magazines due to moving. She has been extremely efficient and Helpful. Its great to see some people still aspire to good service.
