I made the discharge of my vehicle and after 3 days they charged me another monthly fee and when I contacted they claimed that this was because the system was already programmed to make the billing and that a refund would be made within 3 to 5 weeks through a check and it's been almost 8 weeks and nothing has been resolved yet. I need my money, dishonest company. I will never finance them again.
