Finwise bank

Went through them for a short term loan and when I authorized the repayment they took it TWICE. 3 days later and it is still NOT refunded to my account. Bear in mind this money was in no way owed to them. They took a payment paying off my balance TWICE. Still waiting for the money they stole to be refunded during a global pandemic. Maybe I should charge them the absolutely outrageous interest rate that they charge their customers? Something to the tune of $12 a day? Ridiculous. If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

Our company has been using FinWise Bank for several years to obtain financing for our clients. Everything is handled very professionally and they have been able to finance clients that other banks decline. Thanks for all your good work.

This company charged my teenage daughter 150% rate on a $3000 dollar loan!!!! Really??? Who in their right mind do something like this to people? I am going to report you to the BBB and the office of bank regulator!!!

When I took out a loan it went perfectly i was so happy they did exactly what they said they could. It was super easy My payments are affordable and the customer care team is amazing so easy to get ahold of.thank you For helping me and the time I need.

This is a great bank to get loans through and report to your credit. People get charged alot of interest because they only make the minimum monthly payments. You gotta beat the system and make additional payments and it will benefit you and your credit in a shorter term.

FinWise Bank is a great bank. I use them every time to get my customer loans. Their loan application is very simple. They respond in a very short time and Glen always is available to help with any problem. Great company.

Not happy said was approved did a soft pull was happy getting the monthly rate and the money than they told me my credit went down n 30 days over 120 points which credit farms says different .... they denied me the loan when could of paid my credit cards off and made credit better but the denied me . And didn t even let me finish the application never let me enter payroll Stubbs or I d just cut me off and said no

I really hate companies that take advantage of people during their hardest times in life. I needed some major work done on my vehicle and the cost for the repairs came to about $3500. Well I didn t have that amount just laying around so the repair shop told me no worries you can finance the cost of repairs mind you this was in February of this year so the total of my original loan came out to be $3675. I agreed to pay $215.79 every two weeks why is it August and the amount I still owe is $3518.17?? Because my interest rate is 153.38%!!!! I never paid any attention to that because at the time I was desperate to have my car repaired. Please everyone learn from my mistakes go to a bank or credit union for a loan which is what I have to do now because at this rate my grandkids would have to pay this loan back.
