Military beware!

Tony never seemed too concerned with issues we had with the property until it came time to pay the security deposit. Issues like the brand new carpet becoming threadbare in the year we lived there was just regular wear and tear, don t worry about it. Until, that is, it came time to pay back the security deposit.

He knows you re moving states away, and you have a zillion other worries, and despite being a nice enough guy to your face, doesn t give a single rip about you or your family.

This I a great company they got me a cheap 3 bedroom apartment I would recommend using them

I can not express how disgusted I am with this company, especially Tony the Broker! Do not use this company for your rental properties. They will take your money, dishonor your contract agreement and allow tenants to literally get away with just about anything. The contract clearly stated no pets, yet the tenants had pets and the broker/agent Tony did nothing to stop it. The pet(s) destroyed the house and contrary to the contract, Fireside Realty assumed no responsibility. They do not put your first. Don't use them, RUN!
