Working at FIRE, Inc was such an incredible experience. The atmosphere that you are exposed to on a daily basis was so uplifting and motivating that there was no possible way you couldn't smile when you walked through the door. It was almost overwhelming the amount of Hellos, Good Mornings and high fives you receive throughout the morning. As the day goes on the meetings not only help us analyze how we can make our numbers higher, but we also focus on team dynamics and how we can better ourselves individually. Overall, Fire, Inc. is an incredible place to work if you are goal driven and like to be a part of not only a team, but a family.

Great place to work the company really helps with you sharpen you sale skills. And Malcolm the owner is excellent.

If you are looking for a sales/management position, this is the best job around. The pay is phenomenal, the team is very energetic and helpful, and the President, Malcolm, has the experience and the will to make you a lot of money in this job. Every person starts in sales but in about two years can work their way up to management based on work ethic and not seniority. Long story short this company and everyone working in it is amazing.

My experience at FIRE Incorporated has given me a vivid insight to management, as well as the availability to tools to become effective in maintaining high quality standards for myself. Refreshing is the feeling I get often from my peers, but excitement is what I find m self looking forward to when I am embraced by Malcolm Elavia and the other professionals here at FIRE Inc. Constant self development combined with an atmosphere that fosters creativity is a potent yet lively mix for success.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They don t reply after offering you an interview, offer no benefits, and have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising and being a marketing pyramid scheme. Stay far away. They want to hire anyone and everyone and do not offer a base salary whatsoever. They also offer no benefits. Olivia the HR Director is not helpful, does not help with setting up interviews, and is unreliable. This company is a fake. All of these positive reviews are not true.

Fire, Inc provides a great work environment with tools to help its people succeed. Fun, exciting, learning environment where we all strive forward together!

DO NOT WORK HERE! If you, like most people in this economy, are on your last ropes and have been putting in serious work trying to find a decent job, and even if you're NOT, this is a total waste of time. You walk around all day in the hot sun, and in other seasons the FREEZING cold, going door to door selling products, work 12 hour days, and worst of all, you are NOT promised pay. It's a totally commission job, which means if you can't get people to step out in extreme weather conditions, or dedicate a whole half hour to you ( a complete stranger) to listen to your pitch, YOU'RE NOT GETTING PAID. And even if they do listen, most people decline the product. I say this from painful experience. They will hype your head up and make you believe this is easy or feasible, but it's not. And the people I trained with, who just happened to be half-way successful with it, LIED to customers in order to get to the top. Again, if you want to make an honest living, and you don't want to be on your feet 12 hours a day and still not getting paid, DO NOT WORK HERE!

Some great advice for you guys. Don't lie and fool people into thinking it's an accounting executive position. I just found out right now from people who have interviewed with you guys that you guys like and make it a door to door sales job. The worst part is that it's a commissions job. Don't waste people's time and gas. It's a shameful thing to do. People are out here struggling and you're just screwing people over. Very unprofessional.

Oh goodness they just called me and told me I have to come in for an interview right away and cant discuss pay with me over the phone.

What a fun and lively experience. Everyone seems to have a smile on there face and really enjoy their jobs. Why wouldn't you want to work there.

Rude receptionist/HR? HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I received a call for an interview around 9am. Because I had an idea as to what type of marketing Fire Inc. does, I asked her what kind of products and services does the company market. She gave me the vague "fortune 500 script" answer.

As I proceeded to tell her that I would like to decline to be interviewed, and withdraw my application...she switched from nice and pleasant to rude and disrespectful. She quickly interrupted me speaking and blurted out, "Decline?! Well we weren't offering you a job anyway!" Then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and she answered the phone, but didn't say anything. Then she hung up seconds later.

If this is the type of staff working for this company then NO THANK YOU! Glad I decided to not proceed with Fire Inc. This possibly is a good indicator as to how the company, or at least the Dunwoody office, treats its employees. Appears nice to bait you in, but then flip the script once you're on board. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Working at FIRE has provided me with a great opportunity for both personal and professional growth. I love the team-oriented but competitive work environment, as well as how upper management is so supportive in helping each individual reach his or her goals within the company. I am proud to work for one of the top marketing firms in Atlanta!

I love what I do... I've worked in many different fields and have never come across such highly motivated people like I work with now. We are like one big family! Karaoke Tuesdays are a blast! There are little to no avenues like this where working hard leads to such growth and success within the company. The support of management is unbelievable and my personal success leads to the success of others.

This is what I've learned from this GREAT company, to take advantage of every awesome opportunity that has changed my life for the better.

It is a legal pyramid scheme preying on young people. You are going to people houses and different locations. Even during a global pandemic. The workload of 60+ hours. They do not pay based. DO NOT settle!

Such a positive, welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door! This business has helped me with my career and my personal growth. Coming from someone who had no experience in the business world previously, that says a lot. If you're looking for somewhere to get your foot in the door and really succeed based upon the work you put in, this is for you.

What an amazing opportunity. I went into the interview knowing very little what to expect. Everything was explained very well. I was super excited when I was offered the position. The experience gained through Fire will never be forgotten. The environment was super exciting and really friendly. Everyone actually cared about my learning and helped me to my promotion.

After reading these reviews and Glassdoor, I decided to decline the interview given that it would be at least 2 hours of my day to go out there for the initial interview...the girl just hung up on me as I was apologizing. OK BYE
