Very disrespectful team! Not clean center. I was taking my IELTS test and there were bugs on my desk that looked like LICE! Naomi did not respect my complaint and did not change my seat. I asked for the manager twice and no one directed me to him/her?! Noelle test administrator was the most disrespectful! Not trained properly to handle such situations. She discussed my issue in the middle of the hallway without maintaining my privacy. On top of that she was sarcastic and told me that either way my complaint will be rejected!! I wonder even if they will actually raise my complaint since she disagreed to give me a copy of the report!!! This place should be screened for public health hazards!!
