Worse experience ever, mistakenly parked in a lot next to the building thinking it was dji parking but turns out it was privately owned and got towed in under 10mins. There goes my drone money.

Very very slow! I feel rude calling them like 3 times asking where my drone is and when it s being delivered! It s been over a month and I understand that it s COVID and things take time but I m still waiting for my drone to come ove paid for it all and rang them and emailed them they say it s on the way but I m still waiting and I need it for work. Sorry to leave a bad review but I really need it.

Awesome variety of DJI drone and camera products and accessories. Attentive staff to answer any questions you may have. Its a well laid out store located in a central city location with lots of free parking out front. They even have an enclosure to test out drones in a safe environment.

Friendly people, was extremely fast with my repairs and costed ALOT less than other places.

This DJI store just launched in Auckland in June 2017. It's located just next to a bridal studio. The floor area is quite small, with just two tables featuring the Inspire, Phantom, Mavic, Spark and Osmo. It's great that there is a considerable range of accessories including the Goggles. A 3 meter square demo area surrounded by a net. Accepts credit cards and parking is quite plenty. I guess they wanted to keep costs down by not opening in the CBD or any malls.

Always a great team to deal with and always willing to help us out on the tricky drone and action camera related questions. DJI is awesome product.

Bad experience with the technical service. They charge me just for telling me something that I already knew. They told me that I had to make a repair (unnecessary) and charge me more than the Deone is worth.

Fantastic assistance from the team here when I had issues with my drone on my first flight. They explained the quirks and getting it setup and now all is well.

A nice little shop to view all the DJI products including their latest drone technology. They are also a service centre for DJI products.

Good experience. They really like to push the refurbished models (probably the most profit for them). I went in knowing what I wanted though so no big deal.

A DJI Fan Week event has been created for today 29/1/2018 which is a Public Holiday. I was so excited and then disappointed when I got there. It not happening - nothing was on the event Facebook page:( They should have done better than this.

Bought a DJI Mavic Pro from here. Staff were very helpful and quite knowledgeable.

Sold me a faulty drone straight out of box that I needed for a job. Had to drive for 6 hours to their store to get it fixed. This cost me money. Didn't actually apologize once for the inconvenience when I drove to the store. Would order elsewhere in future.

Great location with lots of parking. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly which helps when you go in for your husband and don't know anything about Drones!

As the only DJI agent in Aotearoa they have the largest range in store and best sales support.

Have brought everything from here previously. Mavic 1, 2 and osmo pocket plus extras. They would not price match PBtech for the osmo action ? I was quite annoyed by this as I have always purchased my DJI gear here and spent a decent amount previously.

Would've been 5 stars if their EFTPOS machine was more up to date since my cards are all on my phone I had to get my partner to send a picture of my card to conclude the payment.
A High-tech store is expected to have a High-tech EFTPOS credit card machine.

Ordered yesterday at 4pm the new DJI Mini2 it was delivered this morning we are in Whangarei. .Never had something delivered so quick, great that you guys had the DJI mini2 ready for delivery.

Very impressed with service, i ordered new drone batteries at 1pm, they had arrived (Tokoroa) by 8.30am the next day. Will be sure to shop again.

Visited from Sydney (because we don t have a store yet) to buy everything i need for my Mavic! They had everything! Great service and the guys knew so much about all of my super technical questions! Will definitely be back!

Ordered the DJI Mini 2 in the morning of release date. Picked up the drone 2 hours later. What great service these guys have in regards to support. Had trouble activating my dji care refresh on the drone. I then contacted them and they sorted it out and got it activated with dji within hours. Excellent service.
