My old FAAC Unit passed away, can't complain...it was fitted in 1988.

What a fantastic , well engineered , easily fitted piece of equipment FAAC up and over electric garage door kit is. I thought electric garage doors were only for posh people, but I could have one, no matter the weather drive up and drive in FANTASTIC

Fantastic equipment to use, the technical department is unrivalled in the industry. We are a gate automation company and fit FAAC equipment on a weekly basis and have had to return 1 item in 10 years, if you know what you're doing, it will work straight out of the box, if you dont, dont try!

FAAC provides absolutely exemplary support they don t just provide a product and service and forget about you like most companies. Suzy in sales support is outstanding. A real pleasure to deal with FAAC

Chap in technical rude, unhelpful, & knowing I did not know exact dims for the gates gave me a load of technical spill then hung up

Terrible service, I had the receiver board missing from my delivery that I hadn t realised within the week specified (unbeknown to me) I let TLC know one week later where they got straight onto yourselves. Suzy I thought was rude initially when she called to confirm what was missing. Made me feel as though I was trying to con you out of a part that I wouldn t possibly need two of, not to mention not wasting my time trying to get another part.

I d not recommend yourselves which is a shame because the quality of the kit looks to be good. I was planning on buying a garage opening kit which I think I will source elsewhere because of how FAAC have handled this. I couldn t imagine how awful any warranty claim would be to handle if this is how a missing part is handled. Quite disappointing really.
