Excel is very friendly and supportive. They do everything that they can to make sure that you succeed on your SAT.

Cool place. Jared makes learning the reading section for the SAT very motivating in a fun manner.

I really liked the program! The instructors teach the content very well as well five great tips on how to perform well on the SAT. They also provide great coaching through different techniques and games .

Some of the teachers were good teachers, but a few of them were not good. Their teaching style was a lot of the times off topic.

Jared makes you want to be in this class and provides very useful information

Jared is a great teacher, and he makes learning fun.

I take the ACT prep classes, it would depend on which course you decide to take.

Firstly to provide some info, the prep classes provide candy snacks to give the students energy. I'm often wary of stuff, so if you may sometimes notice that the snacks have already passed their expiration date.

Secondly, the exams were unprofessional in a sense. But it's tolerable. Like there's no clocks for students to time themselves. The proctors often don't wait for the students to open their books before starting the time.

Thirdly, schedule changes often happens. I prep myself the day before to find myself confused as to why there's a different subject the said day.

This is my personal opinion, but there's a bench outside the building. Waiting in the lounge is an option, but for those who like it outside is often uncomfortable because of the sunny heat. What is the purpose of the bench, if you can't sit? I'm just saying it would be great to provide a canopy above the bench outside.

The walls are very thin, so when students are doing practice questions, the other room sometimes gets really loud.

But not everything is bad.
The teachers are full of energy, and are willing to explain to the students at which area the students made the mistakes.

I would actually prefer of the teachers would try to make it more fun. Like playing music during break. Like make studying fun by making games during class.

And there's not enough homework to actually study with. I liked how this one teacher made a packet for the students, which was separate from the books they had given.

Excel test prep helped raise my score and made me a more confident test taker. The only down side is that some of the teachers were inexperienced and weren t very good at explaining things.

The premier Location for Adderall and that special hook up. Some real interesting mixes here, helped me study for the sat alot. Undercut my current use by 25%

This class really helped my improve my score. All of the instructors are entertaining and really good at teaching new techniques to use on the SAT.

Excel isn't a good place in all ways. They rip people off and their teaching material is very basic. Things that can be done there can also be done at home. A lot of the tutors and teachers are nice though. I just hate you they rip people off in so many ways.

My score improved by 90 points. Overall the courses were helpful except some lacked quality content/value.

What makes Excel different and better from other test prep centers is that not only do they focus on strategy, but they provide you with numerous resources to practice. The teachers are great at helping you learn the basic foundation, and also make sure to help you out with speed and accuracy, which I think is the most important part when taking standardized tests. Take full advantage of their exam club. Excel helped me get a 36 on the ACT because I could take as many practice tests as I needed, and my instructors always made sure to talk me through my mistakes. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place for SAT preparation, where all resources and tools needed for a perfect 1600/99th percentile score are provided. Exam Club is one such amazing resource where hundreds of exams are available for realistic timed practice test-taking. Their translation techniques for reading passages are another unique difference maker. Highly recommended!

I completely loved this course. I took the four week SAT prep and I learned so much. I increased my SAT grade by 250 points. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to increase their SAT score. I especially liked the teacher named Andrew. He was a great and funny teacher.

The classes were engaging and helpful! Sometimes the schedule was inaccurate and did not correspond with the subjects taught that day.

In the Passionate Test Prep, Excel, by the respected owners, the ceo and his or her team convincingly aspires and pushes the team to score higher SAT Scores and that this trend is a severe problem with broad consequences. The owners effectively and steadfastly builds the argument by using a variety of persuasive and argumentative rhetorical techniques including but not limited to specific and convincing exams, repetitive breaks, and a careful choice of candy bribery.

The teachers are pretty chill, and the classes have a good balance of learning and breaks. Doghudje the type a guy to open a door and thank himself......

I think the educational aspect of Excel test prep is good. They teach you a lot and make sure you really stay on top of the work. If anything was wrong I would say that the location could be a little better. It is often noisy and the room doesn't provide all the resources that are necessary. However overall excel test prep really helped!

Jared's instruction not only honed my SAT reading skills, but also changed my entire outlook on Life. I wouldn't consider Jared an instructor, rather a philosopher on par with Socrates. I would not be surprised if on my SAT I recieved a passage about Jared. Even if you aren't taking any tests, I HIGHLY reccomend attending Jared's classes.

Jared's grammar class was super useful and helped me learn more about different ways that you can combine sentences other than just commas!

I really enjoyed my experience with Excel! The classes were very good about giving us practice resources and keeping students engaged with games, prizes, and food. I went to excel test prep this summer and it is by far one of the best sat prep classes I have taken (I took elite last winter break). They provide pizza really often and candy during all classes. However, I think that there should be more English classes that focus more on the writing or reading section of the sat instead of having so much emphasis on math classes that repeat similar information. Overall, I would recommend excel test prep to another student.

Excel Test Prep has been a great way for me to practice and improve my SAT and ACT! I have been going to exam club for over a year and taking tests weekly. This helped me get a lot of practice and improve my score in all sections.

Excel was a really great experience. My score improved by over 200 points after the class. I also missed 3 classes but excel was very flexible and I got makeups for all of them. Overall very good.

The guys are really nice. However the SAT and ACT classes focus too much on math and not enough on the other stuff.

He was very entertaining, and I learned a lot of helpful tricks. The strategies were really helpful.

Based on my experience with SAT prep classroom course, very helpful as an introduction to SAT prep. Gives you access to SAT resources and gets you in the rhythm of practicing and preparing.

Excel test prep helped me improve my ACT score by 3 points. The teachers were very enthusiastic and definitely helped us get through all out mistakes on the practice exams well. Would definitely reccommend!

To those who take the ACT and the SAT, make sure to take plenty of timed practice tests and previous examinations on the test websites in order to learn what you need to work on. Then study these tough concepts with textbooks from companies such as Kaplan, and tutoring companies such as Excel Test Prep. Only once you are confident in your abilities should you take the test.

This class was a great way to bump up my SAT score, and it also helped me gain skills in reading and writing that I can use in school as well. The teachers are great and humorous and they tailor the learning to the students, so no one is left behind not understanding a topic.

My experience with Excel Test prep has been fairly enjoyable! The teachers are extremely knowledgeable in their subject matter, make the classes fun and engaging, and reveal tips, tricks, methods, and templates that you won't be able to find in any prep book.

I only wish that they placed less emphasis on math. For my personal experience, math was much easier to grasp because the formulas were pretty black and white. I had hoped for more classes on the reading, writing, and essay portions of the SAT as those are more in the gray area.

Overall, though, I am happy with the results as I had a 200 point increase on the SAT, and am definitely more confident in taking this important test.

Excel was a great program. It brought my score up and I also came out of the program with some of my current best friends. I took the Summer Intensive Course and had a great experience. The course gave me tips and tricks on how to improve my score in only 8 weeks. I highly recommend Excel Test Prep.

Let me put it like this; what I loved about Excel's PE prep class is that it taught me to pass the test. It didn't teach me civil engineering, it taught me how to answer the questions and solve the problems that are put forward on the 8-hour exam and gave me the notes to refer to during the exam that I needed to pass.

My favorite instructor, Jared, helped me learn so much. He kept the class fun, interesting, and educational. Greatly recommended.

The building is always really well air-conditioned! The teachers are all super enthusiastic and make the 3 hour long class bearable with candy, jokes, frequent breaks, etc. Our English teacher, Jared, was always keeping the class humorous and keeping everyone engaged!

I passed my EIT Bcause of Excel test Prep. Now I am taking course for my PE License. Excellent study material with Excellent staff.

Doing our English Workshop with instructor, Mr Jared, was a really good experience. There were a lot of jokes which made the class really entertaining with a game after every passage. His teaching method was also really good. Going over all the answers and explaining in detail why the other answers were wrong. Overall, it was a really great experience.
