This is an excellent yoga centre, well equipped with very proffesional lessons. The Ying Yoga leasons are especially good. Would be 5 stars but comes with an expensive price tag.
A place where you can get fit in no time, you just have to follow the instructions from the qualified trainers. The hall is not big, but it is okay after all.
Probably my least favourite yoga studio in London so far, I ve been a few times now for events such as cacao ceremonies and it always has this superficial feel to it. That s just my opinion anyway. Seems over priced to me.

My friend and I had such an enjoyable time. Esther was approachable and knowledgable. Love that the aerial yoga class was only for four. With this type of class it provided the perfect balance for Esther to help each of us. We will definitely be coming again! With more friends!!
