TO FLEE ! A fraudulent center! They refused to give me the TOEIC because my passport was in digital format knowing that I presented my residence permit. No logic, no explanation and no refund. They keep saying "this is the procedure". This is really absurd! WE ARE IN 2021. If you can take your tests elsewhere, I am warning you.
Very bad experience! I am not the only one to advise against this center you can see the other comments.
Serious place for serious exam (TOEIC); watch the clock, the end of the exam is a bit of a rush !
A benchmark exam center for those wishing to take the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication). Friendly and efficient staff. The only downside is the transmission of results which is a bit slow. Otherwise, you can take your exam in very good conditions.
I passed my test on October 31st 2019 there, the staffs are good.The room was warm and confortable.I got 940. Can't understand why there is a lot of negative experience

Awful experience since the beginning. Entered the office and two men gave me an straight NO with a mockery attitude even though I tried to explain my current passport situation (Venezuelan). They didn t care about anything even though I brought every proof that I could to prove that it was me who was doing the test. They treated me like whatever piece of garbage and even laughed by the phone because I was claiming my right to do my test in a very respectful way since the start of the problem.
Their final answer was to write an email, explain them the situation all over again where before that I wasted around 20 min on the phone explaining it one time, then another 35 min to talk to another person and back again like a yo-yo to the very first who was pretty futile and obnoxious, just to tell me one of her colleagues was coming down to talk to me to explain the whole story (again).
Finally, my husband called to talk to them again in french just to reassure the situation and her answer was, obviously, pretty heinous and told him that EVEN THOUGH I send an email explaining the situation, I would still get a NO for an answer.
Thank you for ruining an admission process and mocking on my country s current situation I guess.
BAD BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Irresponsible staff. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING SCAMMED.
I have to take this test for my master degree as soon as possible. I went to the place on time but THERE IS NOTHING.
I went to the address given on my email. NOTHING. No sign. No nothing.
I found the place and I am sure I was in the right address. NOTHING. I went there paid 200 euros for NOTHING.
I took photos of the street, the building, the name address to file complain and prove I was there, sent 3 emails to ETS team, waited 4 days to get reply, AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I HEARD NOTHING.
I demanded a refund or a rescheduling as my deadline for application is coming close. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BUT ETS TEAM TREATS IT LIKE NOTHING.
I went there, saw nothing, already paid 200euros, filed complains, THIS IS JUST A SCAM!!! The costumer service is HORRIBLE.
