Professional and quick! Tina and Collete were very sweet.

Went to get the covid vaccine but the lady administering it was a nightmare. I needed some time to calm down before getting the vaccine so she went in the back and started talking about me to her coworkers. After she came back she continued to be rude and eventually told me she could restrain me. I said I was not comfortable getting it there and would go to another place. Never going back.

Absolutely great company. Local rep Shannon is wonderful. Most important thing to the practice I work at is prompt communication, and this company has that down for sure. Whenever I have questions regarding sample results I have no problems getting the answers without having to put forth much effort, just a quick email and I have an answer, which is always great when you have other things needing to be done.

I was able to get quick prompt results from an antibody test and also recieved my Covid19 vaccine. Convenient entrance right near the street parking.

We have been using Ethos labs for a few years now. Shannon Lynn, our local rep, is very efficient and courteous. He makes sure we receive what we need in a timely manner and if we have a question that cannot answer, he makes sure to get us in touch with the right person right away. I could not write a review for Ethos without mentioning Carson, the reason we are utilizing Ethos as our preferred laboratory for urine drug testing for our patients. The level of customer service he equips us with allows us to focus on patient care because we trust him to handle the rest. His communication is superb and his ability to connect and build long-term relationships with my team members is unlike any I have ever experienced.

We have everything we need to succeed even during a pandemic because of Ethos and Carson!

If you contracted with KCSD to run tests, then make sure to have a proper place for children to collect samples. A proper place isn't outside on the street like you do. It's essential to have a place that ensures patients' dignity and confidentiality, a place equipped with infection control measures. I'm sure GLP has a lot of those.
Also, train your staff to have proper communications with patients, and children. A simple proper communication, please.
