Trustworthy mail service with reasonable price and even very kind.

Been here many years. Very happy with him. When I get packages, since I didn't usually come during the day, usually, the owner will email me to let me know that I have a package. Very helpful to me. Always smiles when I come in. Have sent a few referrals to also get their mail boxes here over the years.

Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! I printed a label for an item I sold on E-bay and I took it to this store on a Friday afternoon. The guy behind the counter told me, the USPS has already came and gone. I can leave it behind and he will give it to them. Few days went by and the buyer did not get my item. I went back in and he told me I do not know where it is. I am not the post office. Go to the post office I went to the post office and there was no record. I came back, the guy gave me a smirk and said there is a sign here I am not responsible for anything. I lost close to $800. The guy did not even care and did not want to help me.

Finding a better Mail Box, Posting or Shipping center would be impossible. I just got of the phone with John, the owner and sole-operator of this Mail Service center. I occasionally ask him to peak in my box so I can determine if I should run there early in the morning with my dogs. John is always happy to tell me who I have mail from. I just hope not every one of his box rental customers bugs him too regularly. I try not to call more than once a month. I know he is busy taking great care of his walk-in customers with all their packaging and shipping needs.

I'm almost afraid to tell John how great a service he has for fear he might actually charge me what it's worth to have my business mailbox there. I don't know of any other Mailbox centers where you can have a FULL Beverly Hills P.O. street address and #. It's like having a Beverly Hills office for the cost of a meal every month.

Good luck finding an available box to rent because I'm never giving up mine.

A convenient local mailbox place especially for times like this when all you do is shop online at home and receive packages. Nice to have them to get a hold of my packages safely while I'm not home.
