I have been waiting since 17 January 2019 (when Essilor France received online order) for my new lenses to be manufactured by Essilor France. To-date i.e. 12 February 2019 I still have not received them and Essilor Cape Town offices have no answers for me either. No one knows where & when I will receive these lenses. I was told by my Optometrist that I need to wait 10 working days for my new glasses, but almost one month has lapsed & still no lenses have arrived from France. A very frustrated client who needs her new glasses urgently!!
