You have to be buddy buddy with certain people and they re super unprofessional. They mostly hire people who s on parole, and they over work you for pennies. Stay away. It s not for normal people. Just being honest.

Met many employees of ESS Catering who have been coming to Church at the Christian Life Center on Verot School Rd. in Lafayette for about a year. They work 3 weeks on and 1 week off. They are from the Phillipines. They even have bible studies at their hotel on their week off. Took pictures of 4 of them, but there are a lot more. Just wanted ESS Catering to know there are some good,clean,and honest christians working for them.
