I recently bought the Shorty walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles, and I'm extremely happy with my choice. This model is their most compact option, featuring an enclosed side and an end panel, which makes it perfect for spaces with limited walls—mine only had two walls available for installation. This flexibility was a major selling point for me since it didn't require a full bathtub setup. The heated seat is a wonderful addition as well. It’s a top-notch product that fits my needs perfectly.

Daphne at Ella’s Bubbles was very helpful when I called. We discussed my needs in detail, and I was looking for a walk-in tub with an outward-opening door specifically because my aging father has difficulty standing up. I found that Ella’s Bubbles offered some of the best options and availability for this type of solution. While the overall experience was excellent, I believe there is still some room for improvement in a few specific areas.

I just got a call from a delighted customer, Ms. Wynonna, who wanted to personally thank us for installing her new Ella’s walk-in tub. At 86 years young, she’s not one for emails or social media, so she picked up the phone to share her appreciation. It’s wonderful to know we’re making a real difference for her.

After months of researching walk-in tubs and manufacturers, I finally settled on Ella's Bubbles because they had solid reviews. I went with the Ultimate Walk in Spa Bath, complete with the foot massage feature, which was exactly what I was looking for.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Ella's Bubbles Walk-In Tub. After comparing several other brands, we decided Ella was the right choice, and it was definitely the right move. The build quality, fit, and overall finish easily outshine the other options we looked at. It’s been two and a half years, and the tub still performs flawlessly, just like the day we installed it.

After a lot of comparison shopping, I finally settled on the Ella Elite walk-in tub and couldn't be happier with my choice. It’s become the talk of the family! The entry is so much easier, and the handholds provide great stability. I also upgraded to a larger drain, which means the entire tub empties in just a minute. After finding that my daily activities became more challenging, I decided that a walk-in tub was the best solution. After getting quotes from other top-rated providers, I was shocked by the sky-high prices—some were charging around $18,500 just for the unit and installation. Ella's Bubbles offered a much better value with a wider range of options without compromising on quality. Their pricing was fair and the product lived up to the hype.

When other highly-rated tub companies were quoting absurd prices, Ella’s Bubbles stood out. While one installer wanted a staggering $18,500 just for the unit and labor, Ella’s offered a wider range of options with a much better balance of quality and cost. It was an easy choice to go with them.

We were looking to update our master bathroom with a two-person soaking tub, but we faced a challenge: the space was limited to a 60-inch length, just like our old tub. Most options didn't fit, leaving Japanese-style soaking tubs as the only real solution. Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs was the perfect fit for our needs.

I’m really happy with my purchase from Ella's Bubbles. The outswing door is a huge plus, and the dual-drain system ensures the water goes away quickly. Having a dedicated headrest was a nice touch too. Beyond that, you get all the standard luxury features like air and water jets, plus a showerhead, which is exactly what I was looking for.

After a lifetime of demanding high standards as a retired engineer, I have little patience for the current trend of cheap, feature-heavy tubs from major brands that promise the world but deliver little. It’s a refreshing change to find a product that prioritizes reliability over flashy marketing gimmicks.

I’m really happy with our choice of Ella’s Bubbles for our new walk-in tub. They offered exactly the dimensions and features we needed. The model we selected is fantastic because it provides both air and water bubbles for a relaxing soak, and the door makes it much more accessible for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. While I couldn’t confirm if it’s ADA certified, it is incredibly user-friendly and easy to get in and out of.

Marble Cast of Michigan handled our installation at Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs with great care, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. While the overall price was fair and the craftsmanship was excellent, we did notice a few small things: the user guide was a bit incomplete, the thigh massage function required some adjustment on the control side, and the crotch jet could use an adjustability feature. Despite these minor tweaks, I still rate this a 5-star experience and am happy to share more details or photos if needed.

After extensive research into walk-in tub manufacturers over the past couple of years, I decided to go with Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs because of their stellar reputation.
