Erga edizioni

My first order from them turned a nightmare...they did not tell me books were shipped until I phoned. I specially pointed out that i will ask to ship to my Napoli hotel during my holiday and if it takes longer I can provide my hotel in Rome (I went to there after Napoli). Books were shipped OK, but they wrote an incomplete address and the postal service will only accept corrections from the sending of the parcel. My kind hotel receptionists phoned them and asked then to correct as soon as possible so that I can receive the books. Nothing happened till I am now back in my country. I wrote 2 emails demanding a refund, but here I am receiving no reply/refund at all after weeks...and I checked the books were already returned to them by the postal service. If they refuse to show respect to their clients, at least refund!
