Same experience with Mr.Ian I had - although he ensure me that will resolve the issue I ended up chasing him every other day on the phone and met only ignorance. The worst of all is that the company always doesn't know anything and always covering up for them BOSS. Please people do you research first and do not get in touch with particulary this person - Ian Roworth.
