Nice personnel, rooms are clean, located close to a train station, so you can be in the city center within like 15 minutes in one of those cute old trams. Would come again. (4* instead of five just for the not properly working bathtub drain which didn't get fixed)

The music in the lobby is pretty loud. Also, we could hear the music from the restaurant in our room. Otherwise the room was very clean and the amenities were good. The breakfast buffet is very good for the money.
The downside is that the kitchen doesn't work at night.
But overall the prices are more reasonable and the rooms are clean

I visited the hotel during a training event and I appreciated the breadth and reception of the lobby; the conference room is well lit and equipped from an audio video point of view.
The name promises the stars, maaa .. nice location: very close to the tram stop and a few minutes walk from the metro. Nice and clean rooms .. the reception so professional and aseptic makes you feel like an intruder .. p.s. if they call you the taxi they make you pay!
