No electricity for days.No one answers the phone. No employee on site. No explanation why the capital is in the dark.

One of the worst electricity companies in the world, full of corruption, favoritism, failure and the worst service such as those of the failed Lebanese state institutions ...

Hello Everyone,

In the utility bill, I get my name with address not mentioned on the bill itself. However, a number (insulation number) is mentioned. Is there a proof that represent the address along with my name on the electric bill?

Anyone encounter this problem before? How may I get the bill that mention my name as well as the proper address?

They are still working on the billing from March 2018. This is a shame. They barely deliver the electricity and fail at collecting. Half the people steel from the open lines. This company needs a total restructure.
