Hello Everyone, In the utility bill, I get my name with address not mentioned on the bill itself. However, a number (insulation number) is mentioned. Is there a proof that represent the address along with my name on the electric bill? Anyone encounter this problem before? How may I get the bill that mention my name as well as the proper address? Thank you so much

They are still working on the billing from March 2018. This is a shame. They barely deliver the electricity and fail at collecting. Half the people steel from the open lines. This company needs a total restructure.
