Elate Yoga has changed my life! The teachers are fantastic and the classes are well-structured. I have improved my flexibility and strength significantly since joining. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion I have is to offer more advanced-level classes. Overall, I highly recommend Elate Yoga!
