I recently started practicing yoga and I must say Elate Yoga has been a game-changer for me. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and provide clear instructions during the classes. The ambiance of the studio is very calming and it helps me to focus more on my practice. The class sizes are also small, which gives a more personalized experience. I highly recommend Elate Yoga!
