El Camino Partners

Impeccable service, super professional and helpful. I met with Matt Franklin in late 2019 and he has been amazing! So down to earth, amazing tips for the industry and has the warmest spirit - would highly recommend to anyone in need of recruitment services.

I would like to say big thank you to Tom and Connor for placing me with an amazing company and always being there to answer any questions in between the interviews. 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Camino, they were very efficient and listened to my needs, which lead to them finding me a role at my perfect company!

Very professional, embracing and effective. Really enjoyed working with them.

Tom was lovely and supportive throughout the whole process and I got the job! Camino Partners is a professional recruiter and I definitely recommend them!

Managed me well through the recruitment stages and was always helpful with any questions.

Tom has maintained contact after to check if on me and the role.

Initially the experience was good. Was sent to some good interviews and then their recruiters became difficult to reach. The candidate experience is bad. I recommend to be cautious with them.

Impeccable service, super professional and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of recruitment services.

Tom from Camino partners found my CV and placed me in the most perfect role. I'm so happy they got in touch and have been nothing but fantastic and highly professional the entire time. I'm very happy!

Really good experience. In a job I love because of Camino

Best to stick to the well known names in the recruitment industry because this agency falls well short of the norm. They start of enthusiastically but it is all downhill after that.

What a recruitment company should be like. Genuine, honest, decent consultants, who are all over their niche. If you are looking within the recruitment industry for either someone to join your support function or a new role, then there really is no other choice; Camino all the way.

I've had a very good experience with them. Tom was very helpful and the job match was spot on. Definitely recommend.

Great place to work, highly recommend working here, have received lots of opportunity to learn and progress my career.

Having used the company in the past through one of my HR partners, I would stick to the bigger names in the recruitment industry. Although friendly at first, the level of quality is not comparable. The candidate quality and the pool that I received were not to the brief. After several back and forth discussions, agreed to pull our posting from the company. Annoying to have wasted as much time as I did.

Big thanks to Tom who was very professional and responsive. checked in on me through out the whole hiring process and months in. Great service.

I am very grateful for Tom G. helping me finding a perfect role. He has been very professional, supportive and helpful throughout the process. He s provided the feedback and kept me updated, was positive and motivating.
I would highly recommend Tom and Camino Partners!

I ve worked on and off with this business for a few years and have always received a professional service. There are a lot of businesses from a similar sector who offer a very poor candidate approach but Camino always provide a good standard. I have been recommending them to many of my friends and colleagues who are looking for work.
