Best to stick to the well known names in the recruitment industry because this agency falls well short of the norm. They start of enthusiastically but it is all downhill after that.

What a recruitment company should be like. Genuine, honest, decent consultants, who are all over their niche. If you are looking within the recruitment industry for either someone to join your support function or a new role, then there really is no other choice; Camino all the way.

Having used the company in the past through one of my HR partners, I would stick to the bigger names in the recruitment industry. Although friendly at first, the level of quality is not comparable. The candidate quality and the pool that I received were not to the brief. After several back and forth discussions, agreed to pull our posting from the company. Annoying to have wasted as much time as I did.

I ve worked on and off with this business for a few years and have always received a professional service. There are a lot of businesses from a similar sector who offer a very poor candidate approach but Camino always provide a good standard.
