I would like to thank the entire Eiseman Jewels team for the outstanding hospitality, care, and customer service demonstrated during my recent visit today. I visited the NorthPark Center location to pickup a watch recently serviced and I ended up purchasing a beautiful new Breitling watch. I would specifically like to thank Heather who worked with me on the watch servicing, as well as the purchase. Her knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness was top-notch!! I can not say enough good things about my experience at Eiseman. Kay was absolutely terrific in taking me around the store until we found the perfect time piece for me. Her personality is amazing and so warm! Im not local to Texas but I would make the trip down from NY to do business at Eiseman again!

My husband and I came by to get my Rolex watch he just purchased me for my birthday resized. He actually purchased the watch elsewhere because we did not know they had a resale program here. Either way, Richard and his team kindly helped us out at no charge and showed us around their beautiful showroom. Helene also showed me some pieces from their stunning Messika collection. It was a really lovely experience all-around, and they made us feel very comfortable. With our society becoming more reliant on e-retail, I think we tend to forget how great that personal touch can be in your shopping experience. I went to the Rolex and asked the Asian lady about a Rolex watch that I was interested to buy she was, I'm at the phone with my son and didn't answered politely and she kept talking in Chinese or whatever language, I feelt very embarrassed and very annoyed by her attitude that treated me so bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't go there.

This was by far the best watch shopping experience I ve ever had. My boyfriend and I went in to just look around for a potential gift for him for our anniversary and we were blown away with their service. Andrew Black was absolutely fantastic, walked us through every single watch collection they have. Actually told us about the watches; their different styles and attributes. Made sure my boyfriend really enjoyed the experience and we found the perfect watch he just absolutely loves! Not only that but he also noticed me looking at a few items and then helped me take a look. I was looking for a particular silver object from Tiffany's. Michael E Johnson was most helpful and I ended up with a delightful piece of silver. My age (1947) and a pair of very beautiful of dining utensils. Highly recommend.

They did a great job resizing an engagement ring for us. Was told it usually takes a few weeks for what we needed but they completed it in less than a week. Karen Miller was fantastic to talk to and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, amazing service, amazing service! Andre is the guy to go to!He always remembers me and asks about my family and business. They work on my Breitling there. The selection of jewelry is really second to none. The jewelry designers they have are and they also have estate pieces. We don't buy a lot of jewelry but if you want something unique with amazing service this is your place.

Bought a Tudor Black Bay Bronze from here and I can tell you, I will most definitely be back. Not only are they an AD/AR for Tudor, JLC, IWC, and more, they have a great selection of pre-owned. Andrew was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable from the handshake on through the sale. I really appreciate the non-pushy, non-pretentious approach and treatment. I bought my Rolex Sea- Dweller from Lin, It was such a great and smooth experience working with her to make this purchase, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history behind this beautiful timepiece. My husband surprised me with a beautiful timepiece from Eiseman right before our wedding, as an early wedding gift. Eiseman has the most stunning and timeless selection with tons of variety. The staff, especially Lin, Andre, Kevin, and Taylor, are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. Every time we go into the store, we are greeted with hugs and smiles and they offer to clean our pieces while we wait. One of the best luxury watch dealers in Dallas. I called very casually a week before and spoke to Lin about my interests and wish list from a major brand. It's hard to find these models in any showroom for display. Lin very professional and listened to my needs with utmost care. I follow-up with Lin a week after and she told me to be patient :-) To my surprise she got me the watch that I wanted. I couldn't be more happy to put the watch on my wrists. Hope my additional wish lists becomes reality through Lin. All their staff are very friendly and professional and i could see that in person. The Rolex side is fantastic, but the sales associate on the eisman s side followed me and my grandma around close enough to feel her breath on my neck. Not good customer service at all. I will be purchasing my jewelry elsewhere from now on.

I was in the market for a Breitling Navitimer 01 46mm. I've shopped a few different places but Kevin Hopper was the reason I went with Eiseman. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and treats me as a friend. I've visited the store many times to check in with Kevin and he is a delight every time. I recommend all timepiece enthusiasts to check this place out. From beginners like me, to seasoned horologists, this place has something for you. Rolex, Breitling, Tudor, International Watch Co. Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Baume et Mercier, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, just to name a few and used timepieces as well. Stop in, ask for Mr. Hopper, and tell him Mr. Roman sent you.

I went today again because I bought one new Rolex and I do have a great price. 4-6 later So I decide I get other one .... I did ask sale person Lin about the Rolex watch I want. So they do have in stock. So I decide go see and then I already order one in vegas different model. So I text the Asia lady again Lin I say forget I don t want it. I don t want spend too money in two month. So couple hours later same day . I think to give her surprise. Guess what. I ask her I want to see the watch. She have so bad attitude and say. If you buy I will show you. If not buy it I can t. That is make me so piss off. I say can I try on so I can decide it. And she seen like don t want to help. So I say I find someone else then. And then she went to get the watch. So I try on and I say I want to buy it. Can I get the same deal last time I get the discount. She say NO this watch can t discount. If from beginning she nice way to show the customer service. I don t care deal or discount. I will buy that day. if customer buy or not. Because I m 100% decide to buy it. If not why I waste my time to go there. I get ready to buy even No discount I still happy with the service. But I don t , Even I bought the watch there a month 6/18/2019 over $13,000 watch. Even today I will buy the one more still same price over $13,000 too. In future am I will go back there getting other watch or refer friend or Not !!!!!!!???? I don t know
I have the old style Rolex . I hardly wear until my cousin and friend talk me into it. That why I start buying Rolex this two month. I think I need to share my info with Rolex corp office soon.

One thing in common is that the people working in luxury stores will judge you as soon as you come in, and they are arrogant to some extent. These sales persons sometimes forget they are selling those luxury products, but not own them, when they are out of store, probably they cannot get second look by other people. M-Benz Dallas, Porsche Dallas, de Boulle .. they are surprisingly similar. Luckily, I bought one Rolex and one Tudor from Lin, she was not trying to make deals with me, but just being very nice and patient in my couple visits before purchase. I will buy my next Rolex from Lin once it becomes available.

I had the pleasure of meeting Urek recently visiting Eisenman Jewels NorthPark. During the conversation, Urek educated me on the complexity of swiss watch makers scaling production. I learned scaling production can take a decade of planning. The conversation was insightful and entertaining. No doubt in my mind Eisenman is the only retailer I'd consider in the future for timepieces.

Bad service ! I try to ask polite for an specific product and they didn t help me to ring what I was looking for !

We came this weekend to look at a Rolex watch for my SO. Victor was the perfect balance of information, professionalism, and warmth. He really helped my boyfriend figure out what he was looking for in a watch with patience and a passion to share the art behind the brand. The watch is a gift from me and I especially appreciated that Victor did not push us to try watches way out of my price range. I know I will be back to Eiseman to purchase from Victor in the future. I went shopping for an engagement ring back in May or June and let them know I was new to the diamond business and needed help and teaching. After asking a question about the security of the stone set in gold, I was laughed at. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The merchandise is nice, but the customer service is severely lacking.

Really badly trained sales associates here. Pushy, not knowledgeable, defiant and rude. I've been here twice, horrible experience each time. I highly recommend you to try a different place to buy luxury items.

After a long search, I found my way to Eiseman - specifically Taylor. Taylor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and delivered an amazing result. I don t know the next time I ll be shopping for this type of purchase again. But when I do, he s my first call and who I will recommend to everyone I know. Do your self a favor and ask for him!

I went in on a Wednesday in search of my first Rolex. I worked with Andrew and what an experience! When I went they were just about cleaned out. I told Andrew exactly what I wanted and within a week he found what I was looking for. He called me up and told me to come get my watch. If you go to Eiseman, ask for Andrew and you will be in good hands. Friendly staff and a family owned store. What could be better?

Eisman is very best of family run luxury businesses in Dallas. Andre Vorster is gentlemen who defines customer focus. Andre, Julie, and Kevin have gone out their way to make gifts for my family members special. The family environment is so strong that I usually stop in and say hi even when jewelry is far the reason I am in Northpark mall.

I wanted them to look at the AP watch We bought online and they refused. Since they are Audemars Piguet authorized dealers I though they will help. All I wanted them to do is to show me how to wind the watch and to look at it if it's authentic. They refused of course because it wasn't bought from them. I could have been a future customer! I will not go back to this store.

Urek Reznik was especially accommodating during my visit today. He took great care of my watch and was willing to teach me about the product/piece to protect its longevity. Educated, kind, and professional customer expertise!

Went to Eiseman s today to test my luck at adding a GMT or Sub to the lineup. No such luck in today s market... but ran into Richard Eiseman and he was very easy to talk to and helped me get on the list. Didn t get what I wanted today but really enjoyed the customer service experience

The store s participation in the Northpark Watches, Wheels & Whiskey event was SO fun. The staff served both watch novices and watch collectors with the same excited vigor. I learned a lot about what makes a watch an investment piece that never goes out of style. Thank you for the great experience!

The only fancy pants jewelry store I'll go into. It looks boujee, but the staff is a delight. Extra helpful and always there to please.

I sincerely want to say thanks to Urek Reznik for making me feel so welcomed and assisting me with the sizing of my Rolex. In the age of CoVid where human interaction can be compromised with masks and social distancing his humor and warmness made me completely forget we are in the midst of the pandemic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing to share his thoughts and opinions without being pushy or forceful (he was right I didn t need to have it adjusted so I ll be returning to have resized again :) Eiseman has a new fan and I look forward to working with Urek and staff in the future!

Staff are very informational. This place has very high quality products you may not see in many other jewelry stores. Most of their items are $10,000 plus. Too expensive for me...

Great experience every time I visit. Genuine staff with a personal touch. I'd like to recognize Karen Miller, Andrew Black and Kevin Hopper, they are the reason I continue to visit and shop at the store. That said, I'm sure you can't go wrong working with any staff member at Eiseman as it's clear when you're there that the genuine vibe is throughout.

I went in to have my GMT bracelet adjusted and check out what kind of IWC and Rolex pieces they had for some friends of mine. As a younger guy, the experience in an AD can be less than stellar, but I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Eiseman who treated me with the utmost respect. Eiseman's selection of watches is far better than most ADs and many boutiques I've seen. I highly recommend paying them a visit and will surely be referring my watch enthusiast friends to them.

I went in to have my Breitling strap resized. I was greeted by friendly staff as I walked in. Urek helped me out promptly, and was patient with me to get the perfect fit on two different straps. Urek was very helpful and knowledgeable, will surely be back in the future. If you re looking for great service and someone pleasant to work with, ask for Urek.

"overpriced estimate on a new clasp". I Asked for a clasp upgrade on my Platinum diamond choker and it was sent out of house for the estimate. It's been 5 days and haven't received it back. Have not received a call back from the manager either.

From start to finish in our quest to find a diamond, we were treated with such excellence and hospitality at Eiseman's. What a wonderful and smart group to work with! Mitch Rowden was our "go-to guy" as he helped us source a beautiful diamond for my wedding ring band. Each appointment only further affirmed that we were in the right hands as Mitch took incredibly good care of us and truly understood just what we were looking for.
