I sincerely want to say thanks to Urek Reznik for making me feel so welcomed and assisting me with the sizing of my Rolex. In the age of CoVid where human interaction can be compromised with masks and social distancing his humor and warmness made me completely forget we are in the midst of the pandemic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing to share his thoughts and opinions without being pushy or forceful (he was right I didn t need to have it adjusted so I ll be returning to have resized again :) Eiseman has a new fan and I look forward to working with Urek and staff in the future!
