Effortless office offers a higher standard from the typical DaaS platforms out there. They are very professional, hands on, and do everything in their power to achieve the customers goals. I highly recommend them if you are looking at going into the cloud.

Transitioned a customer to Effortless Cloud Services. The transition went exceptionally well and the staff has been great to work with.

The techs are nice but sometimes you end up spending half of the day on the phone with them.

Effortless office makes working from home or anywhere a breeze! I am able to access my desktop from my PC or laptop. If I have an issue I call or send an email and they not only respond quickly they work until the issue is fixed. Most of the time it is just resetting a password. But when I have had more complex issues they were able to remote in and fix them. I am super thankful to have an IT team during Covid-19 and plan to continue working remotely after the pandemic and I do not think I am alone!
