I thought this place was a joke. I know someone who sold a chemical suit from there and I reported it and that person still working there. And I've seen someone fail a drug test and they still hired them. I worked there and they unfair to me and wouldn't keep u in one spot and the hours suck. They tell you one thing and do another . Poor management and lack of communication.
This company has great services, and I got the big bucks.

&If i could put ZERO for a start I would!. Effex is a horrible place to go to for employment! They gave me the run around about my check and now this will be the THIRD week I am waiting to get paid. I keep getting b.s. apologies for their screw ups on my pay and to make it worse the woman at effex told me to call back DURING A LUNCH HOUR LIKE I DIDNT KNOW ANY BETTER TO KNOW THAT NO ONE WOULD BE IN OFFICE AT 12PM!! SO I CALL BACK at 1p.m. and she tells me the woman over the check department is gone for the day. This place is SORRY and i will NEVER work here EVER AGAIN

If you re looking for a place to call yourself a professional, but lack the integrity, this is the best place for you. Nobody knows what seems to be going on. They have a system, but it s not followed. There are people who wants to do the right thing, but they can t because of lack of management and leadership.
This has been a great experience. Have learned a lot with the guidance of my co workers and management. This company has advanced my career in many ways and helped me establish a great career path.
I worked there for 5 years and there's some great folks there and one, not so much. Ask about internal turnover, lost businesses as of recent.
I worked for effex and I had the worst experience I don't recommend this staffing agency at all. Getting in contact with them is a struggle and they are never there to solve an issue or answer questions. I left the company because for 2 months my paycheck has been all messed up and still to this day it seems like they still can't get it right. As an employee we shouldn't be after them about getting paid and it seems like that's exactly what we are doing and they just keep giving the run around. It's very frustrating that I just received my last check from them and I still didn't get paid all my hours plus I called the company and the person there has no idea of what's going or who I can talk to regarding my paycheck.
This is a staffing agency for NXP which they are a great company but they need to get rid of effex or they will loose all their good employees. So if your thinking of working for Effex think again I wouldn't do it ever again.

We got a Scammed by Check from Company name as Sender and we tried contacting company many times and didnt got a response. We got scammed now and lost lot of money !!

Haven't been a full month and there's a problem ... If you try to call in the phone ring and voicemail comes on and is full .... So you miss a day of work because lack of communication ...
I only put one star because it was the only way i could speak. I have never worked at a place that was so unfair to employees. I was working with people that only wanted to make hours with doing the bare menemal. My supervisor never knew or cared what was going on. Talked to effex no change no care. Horrible horrible. If i could talk to cisco or even foxxcon themselves i would let them surely know what was going on.
