I worked for effex and I had the worst experience I don't recommend this staffing agency at all. Getting in contact with them is a struggle and they are never there to solve an issue or answer questions. I left the company because for 2 months my paycheck has been all messed up and still to this day it seems like they still can't get it right. As an employee we shouldn't be after them about getting paid and it seems like that's exactly what we are doing and they just keep giving the run around. It's very frustrating that I just received my last check from them and I still didn't get paid all my hours plus I called the company and the person there has no idea of what's going or who I can talk to regarding my paycheck.
This is a staffing agency for NXP which they are a great company but they need to get rid of effex or they will loose all their good employees. So if your thinking of working for Effex think again I wouldn't do it ever again.
