I dont like the fact that you are asked to finish your shopping before they leave. I understand that they want to leave. But to ask customers to finish so they can leave without notifying customers over the intercom a few minutes beforehand first is just unprofessional.

Very bad customer service experience due to lack of answering telephones at the Head Office as well as the V&A Waterfront store. The alternative numbers given by the V&A Waterfront are also not manned and answered. Eventually someone called me back, after 3 days.

Service is good and quick, but they always disappoint when it comes to their stock, i never find my size in especially denim jeans its very frustrating, and whenever I ask them, don't they have more of whatever i need, they always say we only have what is on display. I challenge anyone to call an Edgars Store. They just don't answer. Thecustomer service is deplorable. I complained that I wasn't receiving my statements so they said they would follow up . I received 3 of mine and 3 belonging to somebody else!

The tills were offline/freezing and appareny the issue started from yesterday.
The ppl had to queue for long as assisting one custome took forever.
Edgars needs to sort out their systems. It's almost festive time and people are going to start shopping for christmast clothing
