This is got to be one of the worst takeaway. Always late, unprofessional, overpriced. Same kind of menu and food items with very less prices and better quality service is available at Mexicano food box.

First time in here and the last. Had full English breakfast. Not very good

Food tastes alright although the noodles were very oily which makes it uneatable for elderly with existing health issues.

What is supposed to be a decent meal turned out to be disaster. Could not make any difference between a sweet chilli noodle and teriyaki chicken noodle both being very oily and draped in soy sauce with very little meat and veg. The noodle quality also seemed obsolete and at the enormous price for which this is being offered me and my girl friend could have had a reasonably fair meal in a proper Chinese or Thai restaurant.

Our work ordered food for collection from here and they were prompt with the food, they were very friendly and even offered help with bags since I was alone carrying 4 bags of food! The food itself was praised by all of us!

This is a nice little place with good quality food. The food tasted amazing and was reasonably priced. Nice place to go to fill up on after gym or when you are really hungry as the food is very filling. Added benefit of being halal.

Terrible food! Noodles were tasteless lot of soy sauce on worm like looking noodles. Could taste nothing but oily soy sauce that made me feel I have got this meal just to taste the excessiveness of their soy.

We came for takeout and the food was really average. The front desk person was so Rude and arrogant. I really could have made better food at home. However they had tasty snacks. Recommend for takeout if snacks but not authentic dining.

The burrito does not have sour cream and guacamole in it what kind of a burrito is that. Absolutely no difference between a burrito and a wrap. Chips cold

Brilliant service, lovely food and very fast delivery. All staff are very professional and well mannered. I use eat box regularly and highly recommend. I think the 100s of times I've used them they have only once ever missed somthing off my order and they was very kind enough to deliver what was missing with a free drink and so apologetic. I will always continue to use this place absolutely awesome chicken and rice dishes.

Food here is of very low standard probably worst in Preston arrogant staff always forgetting orders don t speak English late delivery n they over charge for regular n very same items available at half of the price in other takeaways like Mexicano food box

THIS TAKEAWAY HAS TO BE THE BEST IN PRESTON. The staff are great and professional always helpful over the phone. Delivery service is always on time and promt. Value for money with decent prices of food that reflect the quality. Many copycats out there but EatBox is unbeatable, orginal will always be orginal

As a vegetarian, good flavoursome food especially in a small city like preston is really hard to come by but Eatbox never lets me down! Absolutely LOVE. Would recommend trying it!

Always remember to check what you order before leaving the store. When I came home and open the order they messed up everything and I called them to ask they were saying we are good from our side!!! Ordered through just eat was sent a text saying it was on way half hour later I call the shop to be told it was being sent out the shop now ...... and it's now an hour past delivery time call the shop no answer no food and I've been robbed by the place I ain't happy about the customer service at all I've to go else where and wait another hour thanks eatbox

Well we re do I start my soon looks good from out side looks good inside my son had a takeout breakfast toast was warm bread egg was that burnt it s mom thought it s was a cremation the bacon way like the toy plastic bacon and the sausages were cut in half and curls up we told him not to eat it and don t Evan give it to the dog it would be less pain full and quicker to shot myself them chance eating the under cooked fo- well what ever it was defo avoid really disgrasfull no excusing it

Wrong order delivered. Tried to call them but they would not answer. Asked for a refund on just eat now have to wait 3 to 7 days for the refund that does not cover delivery charge. They have lost a customer

Always late and unprofessional. Cold and soggy food that goes into bin by the time it arrives. Burrito and noodle dishes with different names taste quite similar to each other.

Very disappointed, waited 1 hour 10 minutes, checked the status of order on their website for it to say delivered!! Which it wasn't, called them to be told they couldn't find our house and it will be another 30 mins! Gave them a chance but then food was delivered all wrong with items missing! Never again.

The price is absolutely high in terms of food provided and venue. Toilet condition is pretty bad and was never expected in such a poor condition.

Had the cajun chicken panini with chips and I can confidently say it's the best panini I've had. Very good indeed.

Amazing food!! Really tasty, I would 1000000% recommend. Ordered a chicken rice box, the flavours was extremely good. Rice was really nice and there was lots of chicken. Will definitely be ordering again.

I only gave this one star because there wasn t a zero star. I ordered large prawns with rice and when it came it was basically rice. The prawns are so tiny you could hardly see them and the so called bbq sauce taste just like ketchup.. waste of time n money, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Have visited this place a couple of times and always satisfied with my meal, the staff great and friendly. I now order every other night, definitely does not feel like you re eating a takeout. The packaging is great and clean as well as fast free delivery like wowww. Authentic and original place by far in Preston. Definitely recommend !!

Ordered burrito and chicken and rice at 7.pm said 30-50min. Received nothing by 8.40 so rang up, The guy was rude and put phone down on me when I said I wanted to cancel and he said he couldn't do anything as driver was on the way so you will have to have the food. half an hour later i rang back and he put phone down on me, No food showed up. Bad experince and wont be going again

Eatbox special burger with fries and a snickers milkshake. Best burger i have ever had! Fries were gorgeous and the milkshake was awesome. Dont know why people are leaving 1 star reviews!?! Some people just love to moan! I will deffinately be ordering again.

The food is absolutely pathetic and has little or no resemblance to the menu . Also it is overpriced and there is no value for money. These are regular and very average burgers and chips that one can get at any regular preston takeaways for lesser prices. Even the service is bad. Never going there again.
