I have used eModels several times and they've always offered great service and value. For this last purchase I used their click and collect service and it worked very well indeed. Still the same friendly service - but the arrangements at the store make it a very safe experience.

A superb company to deal with and cannot fault them. Orders are always despatched quickly and at decent prices.

Customer service is second to none. I had a problem with a recent order - not of their making at all - and they could not have been more helpful in helping me to sort it out.

Would just like to say ..well if your already a plastic model kit builder you probably already know how good these guys are .
The only thing they need are bat capes because they really are super , absolutely first class amid this horrible covid 19 virus ...cheers all .

Emodels is the only model store I will ever use. Very friendly reliable service. A part of my package arrived damaged but Emodels replaced it as their own expense. I appreciate that. Plus I can get practically everything I need in one place.

It was a really fast delivery. I was very surprised of the size of the my model...I thought my model was going to be about 8 inches long..was I in for a surprise...it is 14 inches in length...awesome. I am very pleased and impressed. This was my first order with eModels and I will be ordering again....

My recent order was held up through no fault of theirs, but they continued to update me and then when the item that was holding up the order arrived, they expressed the order such that it arrived the next day.

The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and if they cant help straight away they'll find out and let you know. Also a smiling face is always nice to be greeted. Plus it's an Aladins cave of material to assist you with your hobbies
