Dtn management

My experience with DTN Management has been the nothing but awful. The apartment floods every time it storms, flooding from the toilets and shower. Leaving the whole place soaking wet and gross with sewage water. Not only did this happen once, but TWICE in a month. They knowingly knew this would happen a second time because they never fixed the problem. They refuse to replace the carpet and expect us to continue living there.The management team does not care and we had to beg just to be put somewhere else until the carpet dries out.

I would NEVER recommend DTN Management Company to anyone leasing an apartment. The staff avoids all difficult questions and could not be any less helpful. I've been waiting for reimbursement on my security deposit for nearly a year at this point. Every time I call I am directed to the extension of somebody not available. Just to name a few of the issues that DTN gave me; I've gotten parking tickets while parking in my own parking spot, the whole front office has no clue what their job role is, and rent prices jump up out of nowhere.

If you're looking for a reasonable apartment rental company, DO NOT CHOOSE DTN
You will not enjoy living here and will deal with recurring issues even after you move out!

Son is a Jr. at State and he and his friends moved in for the 2021 year and the place is real nice. Three bedroom Three bath. Everything is online and close to campus even has a Bus stop out front. Go Green

I have lived at Glenwood Apartments (managed by DTN) for 2 full years now, and am about to start my third. For the location being so close to campus, the cost, and the amenities, I am so happy to have chosen Glenwood early on. Of course, there always seems to be incidents that happen each year, but the maintenance service is very responsive and has almost always come the same day to help me, sometimes within hours.
I would highly recommend looking into an updated kitchen for its nice dark colored wood theme, an in apartment washer/dryer to make your life easier, and even an apartment on the ground floor. Even though you don't get a balcony if you're on the ground floor, in comparison to when I did live on the second floor, I noticed that my electric bill was considerably lower, likely because it is cooler on the ground floor and the AC doesn't have to work as hard.
It gets better! East Lansing road services finally repaved Hagadorn and installed two median turns, making turning left out of Glenwood 10x easier! Especially when you want to go to the community HQ at Berrytree for a dip in the hot tub or for talking with the leasing office.
Of all the great things I enjoy about this apartment complex, I think my only gripe is that the Glenwood entrance sign is dimly lit on one side, and on the other not lit at all, making it a bit hard to see at night when trying to turn into the parking lot. But that seems like an easy fix :-)
I'd like to give a shout-out to Bailey and Austin and everyone else who helped me so much in the past few weeks in managing my needs/any issues I was having. I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff at Berrytree. Thank you for making these past few years great and for the future to come!

I wish I could give DTN zero stars. This has been the worst living experience I have ever encountered. We moved in a few weeks ago to a not clean apartment with multiple issues. We have continuously filed maintenance request and the office keeps telling us someone will come eventually. Our washer is broken, holes in the wall, doors of hinges, and multiple drain clogged. The staff is so rude every time we call and is not helpful what so ever. I will never live with DTN again and will recommend that all my peers do the same. Very unimpressed for the price of rent they charge.

For over 7 years I ve enjoyed living at Aspen Lakes! Everyone is so kind! Whether I email, call or stop by the office they assist me with very kind service! Literally I don t think it has every taken over 24 hours for them to care of my requests for service! Michelle & Yvonne are great at following up! Also, I love how clean it is around Aspen! I don t think I ve ever seen trash on the ground when I go for a walks. Plus, they have a lot extra activities & special things set up for fun! Coming home is a joy! It s a pleasure pulling into this lovely place!!

The process of getting set up was a nightmare! The local Comcast was much more helpful in getting our new apartment set up than any of the numerous people we spoke to in the DTN offices if that says anything

I would never recommend pursuing one of dtn s properties as they are extremely unprofessional. I was told numerous completely wrong things from the poorly trained staff when touring the apartment. When I went to sign the lease many of the fees did not match up with what they had stated before and they refused to make it agree with what they were offering. They just avoid questions. I had questions for the manager and was told I would be called back, but never received a call from her. Lastly, I was told I had 48 hours to sign the lease after I toured the property and no one else would be able to sign it during that time frame just to receive an email 44 hours into that 48 hours to say the unit I was going to sign on had been leased out from under me. Complete waste of a $40 application fee to play games with them.

Corey at capital villa was able to help explain everything to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any time I've needed something done they were ready to help me right away.

We Tour the Townhouse. We did a look and lease and was never given the reward for leasing the apartment. Then when we moved in it was a total switcheroo where the quality of the townhouse was nothing like what we had of you during our tour. There is very is water damage is obvious signs that it has been use none of the light switches were plates were put back on the bathroom has some water damage there was a big purple gel stain on the bathroom sink. Needless to say I just cried. It is quiet and I have a place to live.
