Dorian was great! The studio is beautiful and the staff worked quickly and with welcoming attitudes. They really value their customers!

They have messed up my order twice now. Even though I was very specific with them. Terrible service. They also contacted me a month ago saying that they didnt have my address on the picture form but I filled the whole thing out.

They are not professional at all, they photographed my 5 year old child for School Year Book with her jaw on one side. I reported the issue immediately and they did not attempt to correct their quality. I would never recommend this studio even for free.

Purchased an individual class photo of my 5 year old son. He looks stiff and awkward with not even a glimpse of a smile. I understand everyone has their own temperament but it's evident you didn't even try to make him smile. Just get him to hold his arms awkwardly, snap the picture and move on! His face is also slightly blurry as though the picture was captured in motion. Why do all of the headshots on your webpage showcasing your work showing smiley bright-eyed children? That's certainly not a representation of what I get from Dorian. Your job is to take professional photos of children. If you can't get them to crack a smile then you're only doing half of your job. I've not been impressed by a single Dorian photograph I've purchased. Added to the pile of other Dorian school photos. Exactly why I only ever purchase a single large photo. Zero confidence/happiness with your company.

Beware, they will change you a $7 shipping fee for a digital download!!! And you do not receive the digital download immediately!!! From what I can see on their website you receive the code for the download in the mail, therefor you have to pay the $7 shipping fee. Disgusting is all I have to say. I have been in constant contact with this company getting extremely different answers from whoever it is that ends up emailing or calling me back along with the photographer on picture day! I will be sure to contact the city to make sure they will not be used for future photos for Parks and Rec sports. I can take better photos with my iPhone at no charge!!

Got pics from baseball and they were terrible. No smile, looked like it was night time - super dark (it wasn't dark when they were taken) So I call to see if maybe there was an editing issue; told there weren't even any edits done to the pictures and that if I wasn't satisfied I could return them all for a refund? I don't know how that is a solution. I paid for pictures of something that I wanted to have a memory/momentum of. It's not the same as ordering a t-shirt I didn't like.
The group picture was also terrible. You can tell that they didn't even take time to look through the pictures taken to select the best one or do any enhancements to the photos to improve the look.
I would NEVER hire them.
