Can't get your work vehicle jumped in a city of millions but can get it towed. Where to? Not an option if you don't have a hotel or home in the city you're in. Doesn't get back with repair lists. Send employees out in work trucks with broken studs. Can't book decent auto body repair. Get's overcharged for basic repairs. I'm not impressed with them for the 5 years we've been using them. Like getting transferred around in calls by representatives not doing their jobs, like phone systems with horrible flowcharts, use these guys for absolutely miserable service.

I tried to set up a account with many time for there customer to bring there vehicles to my shop for service. I cant get a hold them. Then when I talked to someone on the phone about setting up a account there were either high on drug or drunk! Plus rude! Know I have a customer I can not help because they wont get back to me!

They don't pay their bills. Multiple faxes and phone calls, still no payment.

Donlen Fleet Service is by far the worst fleet service company out there. if you need Fleet Service Management use Ari, Leaseplan, Ph&h, Element or anything else. Donlen is very unorganized and their technicians are rude.

I cringe every time I think about having to call into this company. I Dread talking to their staff in regards to any thing truck related.

Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

Hertz Driver Program is the worst. Saying money comes over Safety. Driver and passengers Safety is not a priority.
