Love coming here. Brandon does an awesome job of making sure my concerns are addressed and keeping my updated on the progress. He also goes out his way to make sure my service is priority. JC is very knowledgeable and is awesome to work with as well. Only issue is they are very busy, so it usually takes a call or two to reach the service department to get something scheduled, but cant knock em' for getting the job done!
Brendon was awesome. I had taken my truck to another dealer and they sat on it for 10 days and never even looked at it. I called Chalmers and they set up an appointment for me And Brendon had my truck fixed and back to me in a single day. He kept me informed and was very professional and courteous. I will be going back for all my service needs.
