I bought a house from seller using this agency. Three weeks after I moved in, I came across with bathroom leakage, and window frame leakage. I contacted them to communicate the problems with the seller, but got literally an answer that this is my own bad luck. According to the previous owner, there was a leakage before in the bathroom, but they never mentioned during the buying process. They told me in the house viewing the window glass had a leakage, but they have fixed that, but they never said the frame is also leaking. I know it is always difficult to fight for your rights after payment done. However, those two cases were not mentioned in the vragenlijst at all. Don't t know which party "forgot" to mention them, seller or makelaar. Though selling agent serves for seller, I still want to put here a review to warn buyers to be careful with whom you might buy a house from. Buying from not very decent or honest people for sure more or less costs your energy and good mood.

Now sold for the second time through Digimakelaars. Those men need half a word or have already picked it up themselves. Next time I'll call them again!

We first doubted whether we could do this ourselves, then I refer to the guided tours.
After a good conversation, the doubts were immediately dispelled. also the people who came to have a look responded enthusiastically, after all, nobody knows the house as well as we ourselves .. !!
I always say if we can, everyone can do it :) so I can recommend it to everyone to go into business with digital brokers.

For me it was the first time that I use an internet broker where I manage part of the sales myself.
Digimakelaars was actively involved throughout the sales process and clearly indicated what was expected of both the buyer and seller at every step.
