Amazing Staff! Went above and beyond for me and my famIly, even let me use their employee computer for a very important document that needed to be printed and their employee microwave for a sister who doesn t like cold pizza. Decent priced room aswell for the amount of people that injoyed their great breakfast the next morning! (Two beds one room 5 breakfast s!) beds were comfortable rooms were nice.

All in all, a good place to crash for the night. We have stayed here a couple of times before and have not had any issues. Service was standard, (shoutout to Tammy though for helping with our Choice Rewards ). Breakfast is usually enjoyable, but this time it was all cold. The hotel is clean, comfortable, inviting, and the easiest to find. I would stay there again. A very short drive from the North American Aviation Museum, supermarkets, liquor store, and across the parking lot from Tim Hortons.

This hotel is loud. You can hear every footstep down the hall, each door open and close, and everything your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing significant construction. Rather than updating an area at a time, it is renovating most of the hotel at the same time while making little progress. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry were closed. Wifi service is terrible.
I was there with a group of pilots trying to rest for a flight the following day. There were girls' hockey teams staying there as well. Management did nothing to enforce an atmosphere of comfort within the hotel. There were teenagers running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night long. I checked out at 11pm (colleagues checked out at 7pm), and the hotel charged all of us for the night even after acknowledging that they were not providing a reasonable level of customer service and profusely apologizing.
This hotel and its management is substandard. I do not recommend this to anyone who wants a decent place to stay.

My husband and I went on a road trip with my mom and dad and one of our stops was gander. We stayed at the hotel for one night and the service was amazing. The pool option was great and the service and food at the restaurant was the best I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there and I will go back

Our Atlanta to Frankfurt flight was diverted to Gander due to a medical emergency. We had to spend 24 hours there waiting for clearance from Lufthansa to depart. Around 170 of us spent the night at this Quality Inn. We all arrived at the Inn at 5:00 AM, our Rooms were clean, service was excellent, the staff, especially the lady who was handling the breakfast were AWESOME. Our meals were fresh made, especially the fish. The staff and management went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Great hotel, very clean the front desk staff are so helpful and friendly located around a lot of store and places to eat within a few min walk. In the morning guest get a free hot breakfast buffet style including everything you can think of. Overall a really great place to stay.

Worst hotel I've experienced on the island. No fridge was available and the wifi didn't work for most of my trip as there were too many guests. The rooms are dated and dingy. I was not notified when I booked that there were renovations taking place and the building was loud with construction during the day and with a conference at night. The pool and gym weren't bad but were pretty dated as well. I actually checked out early and moved to another hotel.

Pretty fast check-in even though the computer system was offline. Was placed in an outside access room as we were in town for a curling tournament (appreciated, but didn't really need it as a curling bag is pretty easy to manage). Beds were comfortable and the room was generally as could be expected. One minor maintenance issue was resolved as soon as it was brought to the attention of the hotel. Suggest that outside access rooms have boot mats placed near the entrance to avoid getting snow on the floor. Also, some of the doors need to have the latches checked - our worked fine but required the door to be closed firmly, which may be an annoyance to other guests.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Pool is extremely clean although water could be warmer. Rooms are nice and clean, and has comfortable beds. The included breakfast has a surprisingly good selection of hot foods. If trying to eat healthy/light not so much. Coffee is too weak but other than that nothing to complain about. Would stay here again and recommend this hotel to a friend.

Clean and tidy room with a very comfortable bed and fully functional air conditioning. The staff are very prompt and courteous as well as easy to strike up a conversation with. They had no problem answering any of the questions I needed to ask. The bonuses were a great indoor pool to use at any time and a full breakfast (with all the fixins') included in the price of the room. I will be visiting again in the future!

Attended an annual service award dinner, the conference room was well decorated, staff amazingly friendly, buffet supper was well prepared and delicious. Stayed the night, rooms are well laid out and equipped. Complimentary hot breakfast was also great. Would certainly use their services again.

Absolutely horrible wifi, was intending on working from my room but could barely connect to any of the routers, and when I finally did, it was useless due to lack of benefit. It's inappropriate this day and age to have a smoking area right next to the front entrance as it causes the foyer and reception area to stink of stale cigarette smoke and gives the immediate impression of a low quality hotel. The room was acceptable with regards to cleanliness and looking fairly modern. However, the door and window have no sound proofing, you can easily hear all conversations up and down the hallway and the side on the highway is very loud with each passing transport truck.
